Exactly and considering that they promised they learned their lesson after the Wii u it's completely asinine for them to continue to churn out the ports the way they do. I was all for the switch at launch the first year we had totally new Mario game new Kirby game new Mario party all of that. We're finally getting the new Metroid. But where are all the original games? They seem content to just let indie devs put out shovelware on the eShop left and right. Feels like the less they try ...
You clearly need to get your eyes checked if you think that looks like a PS3 game lol.
This is reminding me of PS3 all over again. All hype no games everything else is coming next year or later. There's like three or four games worth playing on PS5 and everything else is upgraded PS4. But the same people go and say Xbox has no games yet there's literally hundreds of games to play that you can't play on the PlayStation. I heard all this time that Ratchet & Clank was the first big next-gen game but I wouldn't call that game big. Sure it might have been a good ...
When the game came out the base version was 60 and the special edition was 70. there was never any announcement of any expansion, the $70 version only had costumes and I think a weapon or something. Clearly it was not worth the extra $10 to me. Now those people who paid for the special edition are getting the Iki island expansion totally free and then they just have to spend $10 upgrade to the PS5 version. I think the upgrade fee in general is stupid. They're still going to make sales off...
Lol buy this new, overpriced version of the least powerful system for a new color of the worst controllers?! This is the kind of madness that makes Switch the best selling console. The switch is like McDonald's food, it may be the best selling but that doesn't mean it's actually good. Switch has its games don't get me wrong, but I am sick and tired of the absolute shovelware coming to this system.
Where are the big games that Nintendo promised? remember how...
They really need a slim model with bigger hard drive. Something a little more symmetrical and and in Black. PS5 is far and away the ugliest console I've ever seen in my life. Its way too big and it just looks stupid in any entertainment setup I've tried to put mine in. I'm still a fan of the console but the design is horrendous.
Fanboyism is a disease! U R brainwashed. There's tons of good stuff coming to the Series, but you wouldn't know that if you can't afford both consoles. I've gotten so much more use out of my SX than my ps5 its ridiculous. Its sad that Fanboys judge everything based on hype and potential, because the substance just isnt there for ps5 right now. And yes I own one, check my profile b4 talkin shit
Sony knows who the day 1 digital purchasers are. Since they're charging $70 for the DC, yeah ur fkin right Id like that upgrade for $10. Sonys getting greedy again like they did with ps3. That shit isn't gonna fly with alot of people who have been longtime PS supporters. I refuse to pay $70 for games so ill be dammed if Im going to $90, simple as that. So I'll just wait till it's cheap.
I've been a day 1 ps gamer since the ps1! But I'm not brainwashe...
Definitely looking forward to that one! Glad its on Gamepass! Really feels like Im stealing from MS by playing all these games for next to nothing. I havent paid for GP for years because of the massive amount of Bing/MS rewards ive accumulated over the years.
Really want to check out the Iki Island expansion to Ghost of Tsushima, but ill wait as I dont like the politics around charging more for early adopters, regardless of their excuses. I bought that shit digi day one, they shouldnt be charging me any more than an additional $10 to upgrade and create parity with new purchasers of the PS5 version. Gouge your early fans who made the game popular by charging us $30 to upgrade?! FFFFFFUUUUU Sony! Im sure itll be on sale in a matter of weeks. Can pro...
I am so freakin pumped to see more of Fable just because Playground is making it! Their technical prowess is insane! Now lets just hope they have a knack for storytelling as well. From what I have heard, and what the trailer showed, its seems its more a prequel to the OG Fable. That is what is up! There are not enough fantasy style games anymore, everythings all futurisitc and Cyberpunk now,
There are so many games coming between now and then that it doesnt really matter. Xbox has really stepped up in the games department. They pretty much have a stranglehold on the Western RPG market now, which is my favorite genre. These games need to be spread out so they have the room to breathe.
I am hoping that Fable will hit in like September 2022, followed by Starfield in November. Then they can focus on ES6 for Holiday 2023/Early '24. I feel like they could have 2...
Its sad because the Xbox one version of Kinect was actually pretty solid. Not for motion games, I couldnt care less about those, but for the other features that are now commonplace in the gaming ecosystem. Things like voice control and optional motion features in games. Stuff that Sony did with the PS camera was pretty sweet and they could have done some of that stuff with Kinect.
The tech was pretty sweet when implemented right though. Who remembers the implementation in ...
This kinda stuff is lame AF. Its why I will always support Physical media. I love digital too, dont get me wrong, but there should always be the option of physical. At the very least, they allow you to re-download your digital copy. But what happens if the digital store where that copy is kept shuts down? This is why I always keep my digital games that I dont play on my backup HDD rather than banking on that digital storefront. That shit just isnt reliable and is def not exclusive to Xbox. Ni...
If only we could get a new Crimson Skies that looked like this! I played it for a bit, but I got bored pretty quick. Sims are just not really my cup of tea. I need some kind of action and missions or goals. This is cool to just chill and unwind, and it does look absolutely INSANE on Series X! Another reason Im glad for GamePass. I would have normally bought this off hype alone, but I tried it and its just not my thing, so Ill be saving that SSD space for the tons of other games I want to play...
And I remember some people saying that PlayStation plus was better than Gamepass 🤣 well there you go now PlayStation has its own Game Pass cuz you should pass on these games
The only way Id be for a remake of a last gen game is if it was included as a bonus in the season pass. Remakes should be reserved for older game, 2-3 or more gens ago.
Its true that the Legions NPC gimmick didnt really pan out, but once you got into the flow of the story I thought it was pretty decent. Its no WD 2, but its pretty decent so far (I havent beat it yet). The detail in the city is insane and it looks absolutely phenomenal on Series X! The story itself is good...
Indeed it is starting to shape up nicely! The delay was a tough call, but looks like the right call was made. I havent been this hyped for a Halo game since Halo 3!
A loss in revenue GROWTH is not a loss. It just means their revenue is growing 4% less than it was last year. I think you misunderstood what they're saying. This is likely due to console availability and less people subscribing to Gamepass versus the save period last year. I think GP subscriptions will pick up again in the coming months when all of the 1st party stuff comes out. Then that growth revenue will continue to increase. Microsoft is doing great overall, and this is before the bi...
They always seem to have an excuse conveniently right. Before it was because they were just learning the HD development environment now it's the pandemic that supposedly slowing them down. I'm starting to think they just don't care about their true fans. They care more about making sales to all the new gamers I don't really care about games. That explains why there's so much Android / iOS garbage that gets ported to the switch on a weekly basis. It's sad really because...
