If the main point of the service isn't worth the price anyway then a price increase when there's no upgrades to that is a tough pill to swallow.
Nintendo should just follow Microsoft's lead here and unbundle the online service from the game pass.They could easily do a game pass style service with their trove of first party stuff and people would pay for that no problem, if quality and quantity was there. One thing nobody mentions about the PSVR is the damn WIRES! So much shit to cobble together to even get a session going. Plus it just looks asinine to others in the room. Its not something that 99% of people care about so why would MS waste resources on such a niche market? Sony can have that. I think VR is too gimmicky still. I much prefer something like Holo lens over a VR headset. Cool that Sony is still doing it so why does Xbox need to compete in that space? I love the new look! It looks a bit abstract almost. The way they kept the character models intact but added better textures and animations, etc. It almost looks like some Double Fine-style character design here the way its presented with the exaggerated, plastic/bendy look. I was not expecting this big of an upgrade! Anyone complaining about the new look maybe needs to watch on a bigger screen with a good connection, cuz it looks great!

I find that Xbox One games that don't have x/s enhancements still run better on the X/s if they're on the SSD so I'll still move the games I'm playing to the SSD. This whole expensive memory crap is a ruse! These $500 consoles should have shipped with 2tb minimum! 1tb isn't gonna cut it anymore when games are 100gb + regularly now. Euphoria engine is actually what I don't like about those games. The gameplay just feels too clunky for every game I played in that engine. Red Dead 1 was great, but the gameplay just bored me to death in red Dead 2. I hated how it just constantly turned into like a walking simulator. I didn't feel like those games did anything new to the open world formula it was just more of the same with better graphics but worse gameplay.

Yes I much prefer the "clones" to the GTA games and have for quite some time. GTA is still good but after San Andreas it was kind of downhill. sleeping dogs was absolutely phenomenal that's one game I wish they would give a sequel or a remake with modern tech. a lot of people complain about open world games and similarities between them yada yada yada but I love the bang for the buck you get with these kind of games.
$15 in a month or two? You know that's exaggerating a bit there. That's clearance prices. Maybe 40 or even 30 depending on sales. You act like a game having a sale is a bad thing. Best selling games go on sale to keep in the spotlight. Basic economics.

Since there are millions upon millions of copies of these games out there, its not a big deal. Im sure these will be altered from the old releases, with stuff like the "Hot Coffee" sex minigame and certain imagery taken out. Im not convinced its an issue worthy of the outrage.
