At the current rate of gaming demands, maybe ten years from now, MAYBE, at max, ONE game will be able to come even slightly close to half this potential.

Those of us with PCs gotta face it: There's hardly any reason to upgrade anymore. There aren't going to be many games that'll challenge our current cards. I bought a motherboard that supports two video cards, but a single GTX 460 is eating through anything that comes outl. And I'm not buying another 460...

I've done this fix about five times. All but one were friends, and I charged the non-friend materials + $50. Not bad when it only costs a $30 heat gun once, and $10 thermal paste every two times afterwards.

But, the important thing to remember is this is NOT A PERMANENT FIX.
The PS3 -WILL- YLOD again. But, normally, fixes last anywhere between 2-3 months and beyond.

The above comments to the entirety of #2 are very fresh, and I've never seen these points brought up before. Everyone here should become politicians to debate!

I think the law still applies, but it's up to Ubisoft to take action..... against itself.

But that's my extremely (read: very) limited law knowledge. It's moreso a guess, really.

From the devs?

Try the hackers and modders of the community!
They're doing some really awesome stuff with the game!
Adding in new items, creatures, blocks, making the game look better, making multiplayer usable...
Nearly endless.

You've been here since '08.
You know why there's little 360 news.

To a certain point. Harddrives don't usually jump in price very much when you go to a larger capacity (especially true in the sub-500GB range)

But the general consensus doesn't know this, where the average size of the HDD in a laptop is 320GB.

Sony can make much more money off of offering a $10 HDD upgrade for $30 more, than temping others with a $10 cheaper console with a $10 cheaper HDD.

But that's just ...

I'd hardly call it a pokerap.

It's got a very heavily edited pokemon theme song going on in the background with an insert rap bass line.

He makes "Be the very best" and throws out two or three pokemon names, but then sings about himself with no more references.

Just a regular rap, I wouldn't call it nothing too impressive.

@Zinc

Let's go back further to the real problem.

We switched from the gold standard!
Allowing the Fed to print unlimited amounts of money!

But that's just me being a conspiracy theorist.

Well, they'd get through the single player, but multiplayer's out the window. 3.56 is a nogo for online.

Sad fact is, since the pirates can't get online, Sony can't figure out who got the leaked copies. Unless Sony does some voodoo and gets info from the consoles without being connected to PSN.

Is it bad that I thought, "Nvidia or AMD?"

Then was clicked and realized, "OH... Not a GPU."

So awesome! Thanks for this list.

I was doing a 64x64 texture pack, but now I see there's 128x128! Gonna look so clean!

And then the minimap + waypoints mod is stu-PENDOUS.

And the MrMessiah mod... Ah
And to think, was playing vanilla a week ago.
This greatly improves my game time.

This, although an ad, is quite possibly one of the oddest game rentals I know of.

If you keep a game every day of the month, it rounds out to 15 dollars a month.

But, you yourself can rent out a game, and get paid 10 dollars a month for letting them use a game of yours?

Soooo. Give up two games and get practically free rentals?
Sounds fishy.

Well, actaully.

the DNS trick has been used for a long time.

A new firmware would come out, and usually that Sunday, Sony would block the DNS.

But, this time it took them nearly two weeks to block it.

Just an observation.
