Ventrilo and MSI afterburner were the only "directly related" to gaming programs (Apps? Pah!) on the list. Everything else is general computer keep-up.

They're working on a TI-84 port, actually.

Public Betas that don't change much to the end game are good for server stress tests, though.

You'll have lots of people playing the game-ish for free. Lots of people on the server.

So they'll know whether or not they need to add more machines or take some away, to optimize cost of running the servers.

But that's just my limited knowledge. I've researched none of this and it's merely speculation.

But I want it Tuesday, not Wednesday.

If I'm told I'll have something Tuesday, I'd like it Tuesday when I get off work. At the rate it goes, I get it Wednesday after I get off work if I put it on download overnight.

I don't own a 360 so the comparisons between time is bumpkus for me.

What IS annoying, for me, is waiting until 7 PM for an update, when I'm getting ready to go to bed to go to work/school the next morning. I'd like to get off work/classes and have the stuff ready to download.

If this downtime prevents me from purchasing, downloading, and joygasming all over Castle Crashers, so help me I will shank the network guys with my mind daggers.

And it'll hurt!

Well, maybe it'll tingle a bit. Kinda like a mosquito in the ear. But it'll be an annoyance nonetheless!

Shopping online scares them.

I preorder all my games through amazon. In my mailbox when I get out of class.

I had to quit Dead Space and Singularity because of these blasted type of games.

I'm no thrill-seeker!

And the fat wad of cash that he can pick up.

And the praise that he'll get if he can do something good for PSN.

Sticks and stones. My bones ain't broke.

and he's going out of his way to provide a good service for PSN?
Sounds pretty awesome to me.

If my troubles consisted of dealing with a mouthful of Krispy Kream, I wouldn't care if anyone listened to me at all.

I gave you an agree and a bubble due to the intelligence of your post.
Introducing an opposing side, like that.

You didn't attack.

I'm just softening the blow you'll get from the other fanboys, harhar.

Every gaming console to date has been hacked and pirated.

Kotick's still makin' his millions.

Nintendo's doin' it's thing.

Microsoft is still in the game.

EA still chugging.

New indie companies pop up everywhere.

Piracy is nothing more than a mosquito to the gaming industry. Annoying, but not death-inducing (bar a few cases of West Nile. But I can't think of anything ...
