You're right. I think Sony should advertise the crap out of LBP in America and make a bundle as well that isn't too expensive. I can see it flying off of the shelves.

No Vita owner ever tries to justify their purchase because they know it is better than the 3DS. I had a 3DS and the only thing stopping me from throwing it in the trash was the fact I payed money for it.
When I played my brother's Vita I almost put a condom on because I was so in love with it.

Sober up champ! No way in hell it is going to sell 100 million consoles, anyone could tell you that. The only reason the Wii sold as much as it did was because of price and the casual market which has moved on to Apple.

Yeah however, this is 2012 and the 360 and PS3 already have a massive catalog of games. You also don't need to pay upwards of $300 to play them.
I think you miss the point. Why would people pay upwards of $300 in order to play games and genres which have already been released on a system they already own?
Nintendo needs to answer that question before the majority of core gamers buy their console.
The controller alone costs over $100 to produce. Might want to rethink that number.
$299 is probably their minimum. Realistically I think it'll be about $399 because of poor dollar yen exchange rate.
It'll be interesting. I think Nintendo has a lot of games in development, aside from their crappy launch line up, but I don't think they'll come out anytime near launch otherwise they would have been shown at E3.
Nintendo will also need to announce a price if they are planning to launch it this year, or maybe just in Japan. Regardless, I wish them luck with that because if they don't hit the right price their system is a flop.
I think you're forgetting about price. People are not going to dish out over $300 in order to buy "another Wii".
First of all, a few of your points are flawed. Regardless though, what makes you think it will sell well? I'd like to know your logic behind it because I can't see too many reasons it will sell well other than first parties... which they don't really have atm.
Realistically that will change with the next gen unless Ninny can pull their stuff together. No one believes that the Wii U will sell well. If the next gen Xbox and PS4 are under $500 and they offer a decent launch line up they will win over core gamers no doubt.
Umm, it can't even touch the iPhone. The iPhone sold 32.5 million units in Q2. Hate to burst your bubble there.

I agree with you. It will do well in the beginning because Ninny fanboys will buy it up. However, I think the longevity of the system is in serious jeopardy if they can't attract casuals or 3rd parties.
