That only means that the Neo will be outdated upon release. The Scorpio is 40% more powerful than the Neo.
Some people don't wanna deal with the hassles of pc. Pc isn't ideal for small kids either. Not too many 8-12 year old kids know how to install drivers, prevent viruses, deal with updates, settings, etc. Console is so much more simple and easier to navigate. It's also more efficient as far as power and optimization because its API is closer to the metal. PC is for you technical nerds.
Well theoretically the cloud computation is true. And they are working on a game, Crackdown 3, which utilizes that technology. The things we'll see on Crackdown 3 can't be done normally on a console alone.

People forgot that MS held back last year at E3, to reveal other games at Gamescom which Sony didn't attend because they showed all their material at the E3 prior.

Well what is the Neo then? It's way more powerful than the original PS4. The original PS4's GPU has 18 GCN compute units at 800mhz while the Neo will have 36 improved compute units at 911mhz, also better memory and cpu than day one PS4s. That's a significant jump and not just a slight upgrade. The Neo vs PS4 game comparisons are going to make the PS4 look so inferior. R&C just a remaster and runner game, Bloodborne came out at the beginning of 2015, Until Dawn came out summer of 2015, UC4 got delayed twice but showed at 2014 E3 and released in April 2016. Neither console has a huge lineup. But 1 will have the most powerful console

PC gaming sucks butthole. It's never straight forward. Why did Batman Arkam Knight still not play right on pc when the PS4 and X1 played fine? The issue with pc is that there are so many variations of parts, we don't know how various gpus for example will react to certain games. PC has too many issues that you constantly have to troubleshoot. All people want to do is plug and play.
