Remasters are definitely considered recycled.
1000 dollar PCs aren't coded to the metal like consoles. PCs aren't as efficient with the heavy OS and extra bottlenecks. Also the GPU and CPU are on 1 chip with consoles. They are separated on PCs. Consoles are more optimized than PCs, end of discussion.

I saw a video where Phil said "Xbox One will have it's own exclusives" when told by the interviewer that people are claiming they can just buy a pc to play X1 games. He will clarify eventually.

Devs should always stay busy. They have plenty of time before they need to notice the Scorpio. Those specs definitely will catch their attention.

Wishful thinking. It ain't gonna happen. But the Neo is good enough. Those 4.2 teraflops will make for beautiful games.
