This is a smart move by Sony. This is one of the biggest titles coming out this Holiday Season and it creates the illusion of it being an exclusive to those that don't follow the industry like most of us do.

I would never buy a brand new card out of the gate. I always wait until the revisions and upgraded versions come out. Now an 880Ti will be the card I would want to invest in as well but by the time I get a new card the 980s or 1080s (or what ever they will call them) will be out.

I'm currently running 2 GTX780Ti Classifieds. They should last me until I make the jump to 4k gaming.

$400 is not going to happen.

I don't see the initial 880's outperforming 780 Ti's out of the gate. 780 maybe. But not the Ti. Down the road after revisions and upgrades are made by the likes of EVGA, Gigabyte, MSI, etc.. but not out of the gate.

I hope Slightly Mad Studios is using a completely different engine than they did last gen. Their past few games had serious issues with wheel wobble on FFB wheels.

Worldwide the PS4 has 1st place on lockdown.

When hopefully when you have the money TLOU Remastered will be included in a bundle for no additional cost. It looks so much better. I'm almost done my 1st play through and I'm trying to take my time by wandering around trying to find every collectible and items I can.

But I will play it a few times through.

I just picked up one of the newer DS4 controllers. The sticks definitely have a different material now.

The first thing I did when I got it is crack it open and swapped out the DS4 1000mah battery with a 2000mah. Twice the battery life.

Regardless if you game on all formats, multi but favor one over the other, game primarily on one console, are just here for gaming information, diehard, hardcore, mainstream, casual or what ever the case may be.

Play remastered!
I played and completed it a few times on the PS3. I can't believe how excellent it looks and moves on the PS4. ND did an incredible job. The level of detail, clarity and lightening looks so much more realistic. It literally feel like you're part of the world. I don't know if it's just me but it just feels more immersive now.

I say the same thing when sports fans compare players. Jordan is Jordan, Kobe is Kobe, LeBron is Lebron, Peyton is Peyton, Brady is Brady, etc and so on.

That looks like a decent monitor. The only draw back for me is it being only 60hz. 1ms sounds nice but I wonder what the true input lag measures?

I should've never entered this article. Now I'm craving a 4k monitor and I just dropped a small fortune on upgrading my existing rig.

Oh well time to do some more research.

I gave up on waiting and picked up 2 GTX 780 Ti Classified Kingpins. Since I'm only interested in 1080p triples for now I didn't see a need to wait. I figure it's going to take an additional year before the top card manufacturers bring out their versions of the 880 with more memory, higher speeds and overall better performance. Besides I never jump right into new tech. It's always best to wait until the kinks are ironed out and revisions and updates are made.

I don't regret my PS4 purchase at all. I played a ton of games on it and now I'm playing one of the best games ever made, TLOU Remastered.

My only gripe with the PS4 is not being backward compatible with peripherals like Mad Catz fight sticks and Logitech and Fanatec FFB products. I am big into racing and fighting games and having to purchase all new all over again is very pricey.

With the XBOX ONE I am kicking myself for breaking down and getting one...
