There is more to a game then graphic performance. What about sound differences (visual is half the experience of ht gaming. sound is the other half. yet no one talks about that), online performance, input response with controller (some games have issues with input response), etc....

I'm not a big fan of Turtle Beach gaming cans. They are light weight but at the expense of a plastic shell. They have decent sound, real good base but just feel cheaply made. They do offer a lot in options and features though but I just want great sound and voice communication and not bells and whistles.

Yeah kingdoms Sony is shitting in their pants because they barely have any support or exclusives to push their console.
They have been struggling bad the past couple years to supply their consumers with a plethora or games to play that you can only find on their hardware. Struggling even more so to provide new original IP's this generation to capture the minds of the gamers and media alike.

COD is using the exact same engine, minus a couple tweaks, they have been using this entire generation and not much has changed from last gens engine.
Dice is using a new engine for BF3. They have improved the physics with everything in the game, better lighting, more realistic environments, hit detection, movement of the characters (they are faster, can jump over obstacles, go prone and over all move better).

Sony bundled the PS3 with Sony made displays for very limited times.

Not only mice and keyboards but flight sticks, fighting sticks and wheels all work better on the PC. I recently jumped back into PC gaming after an 8 year hiatus and I can't get over how much more intense the feedback and response is on all my peripherals, especially my FFB Wheels.
I am not a stupid consumer. I would've never dropped 3+k on a gaming rig if PC gaming was going anywhere and I don't regret it one bit. If anything I am sorry I didn't do it sooner....

Articles like this are sad. I know certain publications said this was indeed what was going on with MW3 but it's pathetic for anyone to accuse the PS3 of holding any game this generation back. At least this late in the PS3's life cycle and with a game like COD:MW3 that is using an old engine.
And it's much needed. Most Battlefield fans I know have been complaining about squad only communication for years. It's about time they are including the ability to communicate with everyone on your team.
It will definitely help with balancing but I'm most looking forward to being able to communicate with my ENTIRE team. It's about freaking time!
I browsed the net after I posted under this article and they don't even have Forza skins available for the 360. Hell there are barely any decals available for Forza. Come on Turn 10 and MS, get on it!

On topic: No matter how anyone tries to spin this, things like this are not good for the industry. This holds it back and nothing more.
I do wish MS would put more money and efforts into securing exclusive games but no matter what people think about how MS handles multiplats, it's smart business to do what they do with popular titles like the COD series.
The Gears 3 model does look cool, and this MW3 model is pretty nice as well, but I want a Forza edition unit. I mean seriously, WTF MS, when are you going to get Turn 10 to make a custom Forza edition? I can't recall them doing it this generation. Am I wrong? It's my favorite exclusive game and it would look sexy as part of my racing rig.
I would like to see the COD series get away from killstreaks and switch to skillstreaks. Come up with scenarios that require certain tactics to unlock distinct rewards during matches. Dont have them preselected in a menu where you pick your rewards for so many kills but have them announced during gameplay for playing the game a specific tactical way.
This would totally revolutionize the way the game is played and take it completely to another level.
I can't see IW doing this but then again it wouldn't surprise me if they did. COD is already over the top. This would just push it to another level of unbalanced chaos.
