How you perceive 30fps compared to 60fps depends massively on the type of TV you have and the quality of that TV.
A cheap LCD/LED TV will not be able to show off a game running at 60fps anything like a decent priced plasma. Plasma screens refresh at up to 600hz and are natively 60hz sets, they also handle motion so much better than LCD screens. Plasma don't suffer from motion blurring or processing artifacts.

Microsoft published specs but how long did it take? in the reveal in may they knew it wasn't as powerful as PS4 and they skirted around the important figures, instead quoting "5 billion transistors" and "the power of the cloud"

Not everyone has £1000+ to build a kick ass gaming rig, find me a pc for £350 that can do everything the PS4 can do as well as the PS4 can do it, and I will happily agree that pc is a viable option to a new console. Until then shut up and waste twice as much money on a similar spec machine.
