You can't RROD a 360 in five minutes but with an iphone 4 you can demonstrate the flaw of Apple's design very quickly. The problem is why bother designing such a sexy shell around the phone when the inherent flaw forces the end user to wrap it up in plastic anyway?
WTF! is that guy doing in the background?
My bullshots alarm is ringing off the hook. I've seen some amazing press photos Bad Company 2 too...then I played the damn game only to realize how average it looks in real life.
One man's momentum is another man's drunken slug fest. To me KZ 2's controls is like being trapped in a room with 32 drunken fat guys trying to kill each other.
Yeah, and "some" iphone 4s have signal issues.
Insom's did their best work on the Ratchet series.
Unless it's some kind of Droid powered phone then they can forget about it. The hand held gaming market is virtually dead thanks to the likes of the iphone and various droids out there.
This new Cole looks a lot like Drake. The old Cole is more brooding and jaded. Kinda like Sam Fisher with super powers.
LOL!!! Bubble down!!
How this device can be used in actual hardcore games.
1. I have a 1 TB drive in my PS3 so space isn't an issue.
2. Bluray drive is the leading cause of failure and repairs in the PS3. Not the hard drive.
3. Being able to dynamically switch between Killzone 2, Uncharted 2, and MAG without disk swapping would be huge. I know, because I own digital copies of Warhawk, GTP and Socom. The ease of launching games without swapping disk is so great that sometimes I never bother to play anything else.
Because I need to save money to pay the eventual $5 fee to play Activision's next Call of Duty game online, and another $5 to play EA's online shooters, and I'm sure Ubisoft will also charge $5 to play the next Assasin Creed online.
Isn't console gaming awesome?
Why own the physical copy when you never have to change the disk with digital download? I would love to have this option for multiplayer centric games like MAG. In fact there should be an optional multiplayer install for games like Uncharted 2, Killzone 2 and Bad Company 2. That way I would never have to swap disk again.
This will lead to a decrease or fragmentation of the online community and gamers will buy less games. This will probably hurt the industry more than it helps.
Because they're both riping us off. One is bending us over the table with DLCs and over inflated game prices the other is double dipping on resales. I don't see a good guy in any of this and the only real victim in all of this is the consumers.
I actually got SupCom 2 on a previous sale at $5.50 :P
Umm, hence thats why they only sell games that support 1080p+ res....
How come Haze isn't on this list?
Its gonna be a cold day in hell before we see this kind of savings on Live or PSN. They're basically giving away quality games for virtually nothing. Zeno Clash for $3!? WTF!!?
Good old PC coming to rescue while my PS3 lay dormant as the console world is virtually dead in the summer.
Calm the hell down. The guy in that article made it sounds like Jollie delivered an Oscar wining performance and has the body to play Lara Croft. She doesn't, they used pads to make her boobs bigger. Now Kim's problem is she's a bit on the plus size and it'll take one hell of an exercise regiment for her to fit into Croft's tights. Those are the real concerns, not trivial bullshit like if Kim can do a British accent or not.
In the mean time, can someone pl...
