I mean how hard is it to make a CoD clone?
And not something derivative like Solid Snake Puzzle Fighter for the iPad.
Another arsenal in my masturbatory routine.
This Jeep is just like CoD. Whenever the "host" bail out of the car it will crash and ruin everyone's day.
Just wait for it folks, the extra five years of development time will be well worth it when you see their realistic air bag and cup holder deployment animations.
Can someone please explain to me WTF Kojima is talking about? Because I'm not seeing the difference between Eastern level design choices in MGS 4 vs the Western designs in say Modern Warfare 2.
If he hates open world games with dynamic weather and lighting like Crysis 2 and Red Dead Redemption then just go ahead and say it.
Maybe he just realized that Square sucks and he should invest his hard earned money else where.
There were some rumors about a PS droid phone way back. I'm more curious about that than the PSP or any portable gaming device which, IMHO is a dead format. Or better yet make a PS tablet or something.
Seriously the PC wins again? No way!
Once upon a time dedicated servers were a god given right of all PC FPS, now a day thanks it's a feature thanks to Activision's greed.
Someone in my family is working on this project and a few of us were promised a copy when the game get released. I just hope they hand out copies to the employees on the release date not 6 months later when it's in the bargain bin.
I have the Move and nav controller and while I don't know how the Move will perform in KZ 3, I can say with certainty that it is no where nearly as good as the mouse for MAG not even close.
The free floating aiming reticle is incredibly counterintuitive and the constant need to wave your aiming point all over the screen can cause some terrible wrist strains. Mouse users keep their sight centered and make very quick precise adjustments when aiming. The current Move implem...
There isn't enough plot in Drake Uncharted to stretch out to a two hours movie and the story is very generic for an adventure movie. What they really should do is make a CGI movie instead.
That would be cool.
I hope all these "machine gun that shoot grenades" additions won't turn an already unbalanced game into a total mess. In Fallout 3 my character basically turned god like by late game thanks to VATs, with all the goodies in Vegas it sounds like I will be god like by mid game instead.
Wait a minute just how is the PC feel when playing shooters cheating? Just because the controls don't suck doesn't mean that it's unfair advantage, and how stupid do you have to be to derive at this logic?
I would feel a lot better about the Move if Sony would push Move support in not only 1st party tittles but also third party tittles as well. Games like CoD: Black Ops and the new MOH should have Move support out of the box.
Otherwise the Move is nothing more than a curiosity. Because if the Move is THE way to play FPS then support need to be universal across the board. Right now I fear that using Move too much in MAG would rot my DS3 skills in other shooters.
There IS input lag with the Move and the input lag from the Move is significant compared to even a cheap laptop mouse, never mind the higher end gaming mouse which is virtually nil.
That said this is as close to mouse like as there is right now. Perhaps there will be better hardware in future motion controllers but right now this is it.
Once upon a time Warhawk was the best multiplayer game for the PS3, period.
If you adapt CS to the console you'll destroy the very thing that you love. Some games just can't be ported. Anyone remember Civilization for the console? Yeah of course not. Thats why.
