This can mean anything. Wouldn't a more precise statement like 'Yes, PS users will finally be able to play with Xbox users' be better and clearer? Why so cryptic then? Now, I'm not saying console cross-play won't happen but how many times a 'developer' tweeted something just to have it debunked...
