No wonder. This game is pure fun. Core mechanics are sooo good and tight that I'm coming back to this game just to roam around and fight.
Not going to happen? That is exactly what is going to happen. The question is when, not if.
It's not even menetioned. I would say the chance for that to happen is actually very low. If they want to make Gamepass like Netflix, but for games, the obvious end goal would be to be available on every device that can support it, either normally or via streaming. I think the future is actually shaping differently than everyone expects. I can actually imagine a scenario where Gamepass is everywhere, even PS and Switch, and games like Elder Scrolls and Starfield are 'free' but re...
PS5 more than half less than Xbox.
I concur. It's shit.
It now takes away 144Gb of my precious 667GB SSD. Bravo!
Woah! This guy couldn't be more obvious. I wonder who will fall for this?
But it has all the tropes of a GaaS game. Why doing it this way then?
If new NFS was indeed in development by Criterion, then I will gladly wait.
To everyone dissapointed. Who set your expectations for this State of Play? You or them? It's hard for me to understand how can anyone say it was a dissapointment, unless you expected to see GoW:R or H2 which, for sure, they would announce in advance. With news that most of shown off games will have PS5 upgrades for free, I'm super content with what I saw.
Yeah, I'm surprised it went for so long too. Tried the game but didn't click for me. I liked the TV series, though.
It's better to release it on PC than fire devs because it didn't sell well enough on console for example. It's also smart in a way that hardcore PC users will never switch to console but will gladly play PlayStation game on PC. It only adds to sales IMO. Until there is a large time gap between platforms to uphold the exclusivity, there is nothing to worry about I think.
Wasn't that the same to what they did with PSVR? I think they also announced it almost 2 years in advance.
For me the game has to be mechanically fun. Has to have the hook. Simple but pleasant gameplay loop will suffice.
Of course Tesla did not invent electric car, but for sure they re-invented it. To the point where everyone wants one. Crazy achievement IMO.
It was a human error. When you're looking at a game for so long, your mind starts filling the blanks. It slipped through.
Don't you see how ignorant that sounds? 'They just took it and made it smaller'. You have no idea what they had to do to make it smaller at that time. Could have been innovative as hell. Size is always a limitation and best, innovative engineering solutions come exactly from that, limitations. So even though the outcome is the same, an analog stick, it could take a lot of innovation to make it smaller and reliable enough for mass production and abuse from kids. And about Tesla, ar...
@Princess_Pilfer
I like how you downplayed Nintendo on bringing analog sticks to mainstream controllers, which fundamentally changed how we all interact with games today. Are you also downplaying Tesla for bringing electric cars to mainstream too? We had cars before. All they did is, they made it run on electricity, right? Sounds so simple. And ignorant.
Bring back Riddick or The Darkness!
Wow! This is great news!
