You have to pay for Atmos I think. You're getting only 6 months for free with their dedicated Xbox headsets.
You have to buy it to play it. And that means shelling out 70 euros for a title that may not be my cup of tea in the end, once the novelty wears off. It's a niche genre and from what I'm reading it is clearly not for everyone. Pretty sure people don't want to risk this kind of money for a title they are not sure of. For me, the easiest solution to solve this price 'issue' would be a demo.

How can they choose if they can't try it out without buying it? That is kind of risky decision at 70 bucks as the game represents niche genre. Clearly the game isn't for everyone.
I have a really hard time believing this will be a genuin exclusive. MS needs to come out and say how it is. Everything else is speculation.
