Ok, so give this current instruction to a less techy person and see what will happen. There are fathers who wouldn't be able to do it for their kids, I gurantee you. One of the other major factors, except for price, for which people are choosing consoles is to avoid exactly this. There is no need to be ignorant. Now, it's obvious that once they will release official support, companies will immedately throw out 'PS5 ready' SSDs to the market, with heat sinks, required specs, si...
How did you extract that from my comment and why did you insult me?
That doesn't sound like a casual procedure. A LOT of variables.
Doesn't matter. I bet they were hoping for at least twice as much, like R&C. How often good 1st party exclusive doesn't sell over 1mil?
Looks like Returnal will be going to bargain bin pretty soon.
I love GP. I have it for my PC and it's great! However, I also work as a game designer and decline of 3rd party sales is not a good sign for devs IMO. This shows that GP starts to affect purchase decisions on those platforms. It's great for MS and gamers, obviously, but devs and publishers? idk
It clearly shows how GamePass affects decision making when purchasing 3rd party games. It's already on the decline. Either you go directly to GP or your sales are at risk. Is that good?
He's the hero we deserve.
Happy birthday!
That headline, though. It sounds like they've changed their mind about optimization and decided to do it after all.
- Runs like crap.
- Maybe we should optimize it?
- Good idea.
I have a Pulse headset and I find my old Platinums to sound much better. They clearly have a larger driver. Not mentioning better mic and better comfort, at least in my case. I have a large head and Pulses are a bit too tight for me, especially on longer sessions.
Anyone knows if Steam Deck supports VRR? Or is the screen 60Hz only?
Lol, what?? That has to the weirdest assumption I've seen lately. I'm pretty sure that those who pass on OLED version, already have normal Switch. It has nothing to do with screen tech on their TVs. OLED Switch is clearly aimed at new users.
That doesn't make any sense.
Demo is great! Controls actually work!
Aggressive. Are they preparing for some kind of war? I would venture a guess that they are working on some kind of subscription based platform and are stacking talent.
Yoo, are we still doing res wars??
I'm calling this a 'Lifestyle' Game Design and I'm noticing this trend for a while now. It's not just Insomniac.
I've heard some time ago, that they created a special unit that has a mission to search for acquirable devs all around the globe.
@therapeutichawk
No worries.
