This is not the SOCOM I remember :(
They will be the same. Don't start this shit. It's o old seeing this debate with every goddamn release. CoD sucks now anyway.
Eh. My PC is fast enough, it's not really worth it. I'll spend my money on another 1TB mechanical drive. And just to clarify, it's a shit ton of music, movies and games that's taking up the space. Who the hell downloads porn anymore?
DLC point aside, I'm very much enjoying my consoles and my PC. It's a pretty good time to be a gamer as long as you try to avoid the idiot fanboys on the internet.
Individuals are what makes up the masses. I agree that enough people are too dumb to see what they're doing though. DLC stored on the disc is even worse, that's just a slap in the face.
These are still way too expensive for how much space I need. My 1TB hard drive is down to 65gigs :(
Hope you guys enjoy the game. I'm pretty disappointed, maybe its been too long but its not the socom I remember. Anyway, hope you guys enjoy it more than I did. On a side note, a small bout of insomnia kept me up long enough for the dl to complete.
I'm waiting for the 1500 MB update to finish.... guess ill be falling asleep to the update screen tonight. Oh well, can't wait to check this out tomorrow.
I have a feeling that the percentage of gamers who buy games solely for achievements is pretty minimal.
I really can't stand that point about inflation I keep seeing. Yes, games are "cheaper" due to inflation, but our economy is getting butt fucked deeper and deeper down the hole so its not like people have all this extra money to toss around either. Other than that, though I pretty much agree with you. That rant wasn't really directed at you either, yours just happened to be the comment I saw after thinking of that. And I'm on my phone so I didn't feel like making...
The game hasn't even been out for two months yet.
The consumer should never be criticized for buying used games. Spending less money on a product is what most people try to do on a daily basis, this isn't a consumer's problem. This is between developers and retailers to figure out a way to determine who gets what percentage of used games sales, and I'll be damned if anyone tries to put me in the middle of it for being smart with my money.
NEED MOAR MASS EFFECT IMMEDIATELY
Yea, I saw that a while ago. I guess it's kind of funny.
Unboxing: One of the most pointless things on the internet.
Nice. I used to play this game all the time
No way that would actually do that. It would alienate the majority of the users.
Do your tax return yet? I finally jumped into the HDTV world this year thanks to my taxes :D
Implying the engines are ANYTHING similar. Fully destructible environments, open maps, and a seriously good graphics, etc would make it extremely difficult to make it run smoothly. It's just different technology so you can't say oh, well MAG has 256 players BF3 could do it. That's not the way shit works.
I hope this is true. I love God of War games so much.
