Yeah Gamer's Nexus is more credible than Digitial Foundry. They will correct themselves if they made a mistake in testing or no longer recommend a product. They go out of their way to turn down corporate sponsorships relating to the product to remain an unbiased credible reviewer. Digital foundry has been shown to make mistakes a lot and they are paid by some of the companies of the products they review.
CoD hasn't been great in years. I don't even use metacritic its useless. The critics are usually paid or have horrible taste in games. The users tend to either go overly positive or overly negative. At best i would just use it to see if anyone mentions anything specific and then i look at gameplay. But i don't think that is the reason Cyberpunk was delayed, they said the PC and next gen versions work well but they designed it more for those systems so the current gen versions need more work cause they are buggy. It looks better than most of the other next gen games with ray tracing. Ray tracing is a gimmick right now the hardware can't do it properly without halving the fps.
Didn't they say it would be a free upgrade? It would be cheaper to buy it for $50 now and wait for them to release the next gen update instead of paying $70 later.
While some remakes do add new content that is usually only if the original developer is the one doing it. They know what they originally envisioned when they made it and can add cut content but if a separate studio is doing it they won't have that and will make it updated but as close to the original as they can.
He did a bad job managing the game from the trailer and delays so they had to bring in someone else.
