Way to jump on the bandwaggon. BC2 is a great game, you are just trolling.
Coming 2012, Transformers 26: Return of the Totally Mundane
@Above,
Way to be a shallow bitch.
Sessler is the man
I'm glad they delayed it. More time to polish it. I want it perfect.
PC gaming is a hassle if you are mentally handicapped and were born without thumbs. It's stupidly simple. Especially with Steam.
If you don't like it, that's fine, but saying that, and then having the nerve to speak for everyone else, is just silly.
Oh and btw, the 25 million Steam users and the hundreds of millions of people that play games on PC would like to have a word with you.
Am I the only person who doesn't give a flying shit if they are considered "art" or not? It's not going to hinder my enjoyment of the games I'm playing.
This whole debate is just stupid.
See this is what I love about N4G. If that guy had said something negative about PS Move that was mildly amusing, you guys would have torn him apart, but since it was about Kinect it's all ok!
Hypocrisy at its finest.
That voice sounds SO much like Morrigan from dragon age... I wonder if it's the same actor?
I'm guessing you either A: Played it on console, B: didn't finish it, or C: both A & B.
Not trying to troll you, but Dragon Age: Origins (at least for the PC) is one of the best RPG's of all time. I can't speak for the console versions, because I didn't play them.
In my personal opinion, Bioware games are best on PC. Just my personal opinion.
It requires a different skillset. Quake definitely requires more twich-like reflexes and basic hand-eye coordination, but Starcraft requires more strategy, micro and macro management, and just overall more thinking. Imo.
They are future proofing. They did the same exact thing with ffxi and it helped them maintain decent graphics for almost 9 years.
Also, these requirements are to run the game at max settings, it says that on their website.
That's what they get for not releasing it on steam originally, maybe now they will listen...
Saw that too, color me interested.
It's awesome. Anyone with a PC should own this game. It's free, it's Valve, it's kickass.
...or you could hook your PC up to your HDTV
Yeah, some people on N4G are laughable. I couldn't care less about agrees/disagrees, as I rarely post on this site.
Also, I really wish people would give games more of a chance, rather than dismissing them because they aren't on their system of choice or within their favorite genre.
They are really doing themselves and injustice in the end anyway.
I upgraded the hell out of my PC for XIV, sold my 360 and a laptop to do so lol. Now I ...
Totally agree. Game looks amazing, and it's still being optimized! I didn't like the alpha combat, it was way too slow, but the new combat in the beta is WAY faster and I think is at a perfect speed at this point.
All I really want to see is perhaps a boss encounter of some kind and/or some high level combat. I've already preordered the collectors edition so I'm getting it regardless :p
Console version plays very differently than the PC version. PS3 and 360 both have some minor framrate issues, but nothing that's game-breaking.
I would really encourage you to hold out and wait until you can get the PC version, it's vastly superior imo. Like BioWare said in the article in the screenshots, the PC version of DA:O is how they intended it to be played.
But hey, to each their own, right?
Solution: Don't steal movies.
