@acky1
You don't sound like someone who plays MMOs. It's not like you pay for the game and then the subscription and all you get is that game. You get constant updates, patches, TONS and TONS of new content, full server support etc etc. It's not the same as a regular online game. Very hard to convince someone that it's worth it unless they have extensive MMO experience.
@Lt_Skittles
It was confirmed a long LONG time ago that FFXIV had cross-platform servers, meaning PS3 and PC are merged. Just like FFXI with PS2, PC, and Xbox 360.
God CVG is f*cking retarded.
The actual quote is...
"We don't have any plans for that in this game right now."
They never said "We have NO INTEREST in 3D or Move"
Stupid flamebait site.
It's all relative in the end. My best game is probably Demon's Souls. It was extremely innovative and just completely immersed me in its world.
See, that's my opinion. Someone else could have played it, had a totally different experience, and came away hating it. We all perceive things differently. That's the beauty of life.
If they market it really well to casual gamers and the everyday family, it will sell. That's how the wii sold. I won't buy it, but hey, my grandma might.
OMG! AWESOME!
WTF are you smoking? L4D2 is SOOO much more fun than L4D1.
@BakedGoods
Did you seriously just call World at War "Realistic"?
Are you mental?
Oh my flipping GOD will you people give it a rest? WHO $&*#ing cares!? As long as the game is enjoyable and looks decent, it shouldn't have to match uncharted 2. Uncharted 2 was amazing, Enslaved will be good as well.
I'm getting so tired of this site and all the commenter just waiting to argue about which system is better or which game looks the best.
Red Dead Redemption is a perfect example that a game can be both good looking and play extreme...
Goflmao
Tell that to Steam, Valve, and the growing and ever-expanding list of publishers and developers supporting them. They sure as sh1t are supporting PC, and making butt-loads of money too.
PC's only problem is piracy. Everyday that is getting easier for them to deal with, as more and more publishers are doing steam only releases. Steam games are much easier to buy, and much harder to pirate and crack.
I love my consoles to death, but PC gaming will always be...
After playing in Venice and all throughout Italy really, Egypt would be a back-step. I think they will go forward in time again for AC3. At least I hope.
As good as heavy rain was, it didn't innovate anything. Fahrenheit did. Heavy Rain was Fahrenheit with a new story, which happened to be excellent.
Ninja theory are very good developers. Enslaved's graphics won't match Uncharted 2, but it's animations very well could.
What better game to aim for than Uncharted 2? If we had more developers aiming to best Uncharted 2, we would have ALOT more great games to play. You guys really forget that competition = GOOD for the consumer.
Ninja theory did call ND the "Best console developers in the world" after all.
Nope it was a regular challenge required for platinum.
If you were lucky you could get it in one try, but it requires so much luck it's not even funny. I, unfortunately, am not lucky, and it took me like 6 hours of non-stop trying. One 2 minute challenge, took me 6 hours. *sigh*
Rofl! That looks so fun!
You realize that the 2008+ Jasper models have a lower failure rate than the PS3 right? Sure, the early models had major problems, but you are just trolling.
This is team bondi we are talking about. They make open world games. I doubt and hope that it's nothing like Heavy Rain. While i enjoyed that game, I'm looking for a fresh experience.
Batman Arkham Asylum, Shock and Awe Extreme challenge.
Single hardest/most luck based thing I've done in my gaming life.
A camera man is following him, you are seeing it from the cameraman's perspective. That's why when he shoots that civilian it gets pixelated and blurred out, as if it were on TV.
