I'll wait for Treyarch's version.
This game looks fun. Not my style of game but still. For the style it is, it hits all the marks and that's a good thing,
When a console is new- there aren't ever enough games out for it. It takes developers 2+ years to make games from scratch. Re-mastered games take less than that and they assure entertainment while we're waiting on new games. This should be the set standard every time we get a new generation of consoles.
I love how everyone has a grasp on what the 'gaming industry' is. I just don't know when 'gamers' became such hipsters. AAA games are made to show what is possible in the gaming industry. Before, gaming was nothing more than a pastime that was disposable. Other medias, such as film/television were the primary entertainment of the household. But with the proven worth of AAA titles- video games and consoles are becoming common forms of media. Games like Assassin's ...
These are just a few AAA titles and he's confused as to why people would only want AAA titles?

Man I tell you- when boredom and the internet clash- it produces some really ridiculous material... One of which is this piece of garbage. "nail in the coffin" lol.
Gameplay SHOULD still take importance above all else. This play for resolution is just sad. And the very idea that "QTE" is an actual term should stand as an example of the sad state of some gaming. Don't get me wrong- QTEs work, but only when they're rare in a game. Story driven games are great when you are actually driving the story. You know a game is great when story takes second place to gameplay. I'm disturbed by the idea that games are sold or not simply bec...
Probably not as much as Sony had to... With political tension on the rise between China and Japan, I'd imagine it's harder to do business between China and Japan as well.
This game is starting to make me sad... Pretty much sounds like a glorified telltale game.
I remember being able to press a button to skip the cut scenes... I preferred that over having to sit backseat to 'filmic' dribble.
Remember 2013 E3- MS talked about more than games and they were crucified.
I remember the days when the hierarchy of a game's value was: gameplay and then graphics. We could spit out a game that is purely about grass growing and as long as it's 1080p, people will praise it as a 'next gen' game.
So this is what the a-hole of the internet looks like. Seriously? an article about an article on N4G? What's more is- this article is written about a click-bait article with a misleading title. Stupidity gives birth to stupidity.
came here for the comments- wasn't disappointed. Real cute with the title. Someone thinks that being important on N4G means they're important in real life... Guess what:
They're not.
These days... I honestly feel as though it could be a game about grass growing and as long as it's in 1080p, people will be just fine... Gameplay has taken a backseat to Resolution- an opinion that's transforming into fact every time someone promotes a game's resolution rather than promoting the gameplay itself.
MS is definitely putting their best foot forward (now)... I really hope to see them do well.
Honestly- the direction they're taking the Xbox division is promising. Truly, if the console NEVER reaches a strong 1080p in resolution every time, I'll (as well as others)will be okay, Just as long as they throw all they can into obtaining new IPs and continue to listen to consumers.
Honestly- I'm already missing the mindset of consumers from last gen: 360/PS3. We had a realistic expectation of what the graphics should look like. With this gen, we really expected Sony and MS to deliver the moon and all the stars.
why should anyone worry. If the game's great, it's great... Downscaling graphics technical purposes is worth it. People are just whores for resolution and graphics these days. I miss last gen's mindset. We had a decent grasp on reality when it came to the expectations of graphics.
I can't wait to see what this thing can do when modded. The price is reasonable for PC considering its use will be multiplied greatly by the consumer.
