bad PR, but the customer service (in my dealings) has always been pleasant... We (my wife and I)were accidentally charged double for an annual membership, they took away one of the charges and even added an extra 3 months onto our annual subscription... BTW, the double charge was actually our fault.

This is why I'm glad Sony has put Microsoft's back against the wall. MS has always had a decent customer service, but a bit of pressure will do them some good.
