Have no idea what this game could even be about but I gotta say those graphics are very sweet indeed. Lets hope theres gameplay to match.
On some areas of the tracks the ground will be softer than in others, so, the vehicles wouldnt be leaving grooves on hard clay or throwing up mud so I wouldnt be worried about having grooves on some screens and not on others. But yeah, it just keeps getting better and better, the decals on the vehicles made a huge difference, which is really just a small addition from the last screens, so with all the other small tweaks they'll be adding in the coming months it could very well look just as go...
I dunno pro logic. Its kinda hard to compare both because artistically they're completely different styles, but, Ill have to totally disagree with you when you say Snake looks like plastic. Another thing is, MGS4 is not due for release for a very long time and that pic you posted was very early in development whereas GOW is near completion. Whatever Missy. All we ever hear about is Gears of War this Gears of War that. Personally I think the gameplay could get very repetitive. Take cover, fire, take cover, fire........... Some of my fave games are sequels. Theres nothing wrong with taking something thats good and making it better. Just one example, GTA:San Andreas. I say roll on the sequels. I was hoping Wipeout would make it to next-gen.

True, Sony tend to put their foot in it a lot, but judging by the PS & PS2's phenomenal success, they must know a little more to making a console than a lot of you MS fanboys give credit for. Another thing I just noticed is the player marker is on the edge of the radar (presuming its the white dot as in all the other GTA's). Shouldn't that be in the center of the radar???? Could be annoying trying to make out where your character is with the clutter of buildings etc. surrounding you. Anyway, just a thought.
I just cant see them being able to do as much with a female character. And, yeah, you just cant tell what Rockstar would do so it is possible I guess. I know they've had some crazy weapons in GTA, the dildo for example lol, but I think a mace is just a bit over the top, but as you said again it couldv'e been picked up anywhere, true, but I just dont beleive it. The 3d radar, good concept but flawed in some ways. Obviously the 3d models of surrounding buildings would constantly get in the way....
I have a 32" Philips tv, and I gotta say it absolutely frickin sux. Ive had it for 3 years and had to spend 200euro TWICE to get it repaired. ANd theres so many anomolys with it that Im just not going to go into cause I could be here all day. I will NEVER buy Philips again. As for my launch-day PS2, still running fine....although I gotta admit Im not a huge fan of Sony electronics either, bar the PS.
