always base their predictions off of past history. Before Playstation Nintendo and Sega ruled the console front.
This time around it looks like Microsoft is getting the games support. Just like Sony used to. With most 3rd party games defecting from the Sony camp. As well as 360 getting the better versions of the majority of 3rd party games.
The way it looks right now 360 is leading as far as price and games catalogue is concerned.
Thanks for proving my point. You are one of the people who b@tches, whines, moans, and complains when negative type news about the PS3 gets posted.
I noticed you didn't even comment about the "actual" article.
You blame it on me implying that these are the only types of articles that I post. Here's a list....over 250 submissions. These are the types of articles you associate me with bc you know I am a 360 fan....and these types of articles bother you...
That is what Sony fanboys do. They sit in the reports section all day censoring any news if it has any negative connotation towards the PS3.
They try and make it seem like they are doing something noble. Like trying to stop a flame war. But it is pretty ignorant bc flamewars are what drive this site. With flaming type articles usually getting the most hits and also generating a lot of heat such as this one.
Isn't it kind of stupid to complain about something ...
that the 360 is leader in online content. New games are released every week. And it is really nice to play a lot of retro games with HD graphics. The biggest thing though is that online coop is usually included.
XNA is also great for starting out developers that don't have a huge buget. Overall Microsoft has done a great job making the 360 developer friendly to everyone.
Which leads to the third point of the article. Games frequently being delayed for the PS...
Wasting your time posting TheMART's stats on N4G just proves you are immature.
BLOODMASK SAMA
While I can't say exactly how many 360's will be sold in the next few months. It will dramaticly increase over the average for the rest of the year. All the new Christmas releases are coming + Halo 3 is out.
The Christmas season is the biggest time of the year for games consoles. So I wouldn't say Elite24Gamer is too far off. Not exact but pretty close I would venture.
model is on the streets now. RROD will be a thing of the past.
I don't see why Microsoft would anounce a hardware revision bc no other company ever has. Plus bringing attention to the fact the hardware was having any type of problems would not be good for sales.
I don't think most casual purchasers are even aware that the hardware had any issues at all. I think it is just publicised a lot on the internet. Not saying there wasn't any kind of problem. It just ...
you really shouldn't report news just bc you don't like it and to top it off Pro-Sony people are the first to leave negative feedback just bc they don't like something. Which is against the N4G guidelines.

I approve all kinds of stories. I only reported this one bc it is spam. Movie releases have nothing to do with gaming. Look at this article I posted. The exact same type of article with multiple spam reports and lame reports.

Like I have always said the rules of posting apply to some but not to others.
Is this not a social gaming network?? Am I only allowed to visit the PS3 section?? Not to mention this article is posted on the front page of N4G.
Did my comment use swearing or caps?? Was it offensive?? Or did it contain an opinion that is based on logic and reason?? And not emotional attachment to a system.
Tell me why my statement is wrong....besides the fact that you like the PS3.
I just read an article where Kaz Harai said " PS3 is a gaming machine, period."
Then I read this. Bluray is one of the big reasons the PS3 is not selling well. It contributed to the PS3's high price tag. It's delay for almost a year....etc. Not to mention, HDTV's are not mainstream. This feature will only benefit about 20% of the population. And an even smaller margin of people that bought the PS3. Not to mention if a large portion of PS3 buyers, buy it as a Bl...
"Up to this point, the Playstation 3 has performed about as poorly as we can expect from a console. With no games to tout as deal breakers, the PlayStation 3 is dead in the water. And while some still hope for the days of Killzone saving the PS3's day, it's time to give up hope--nothing can save it now."
"So before everyone runs out to tell the world that the Nintendo Wii will be the de facto leader going forward, it's incumbent upon all of us to realize that Wii...
at least to me. Halo 2 was a great online game. One of the best of it's time and is still being played today. Bungie has stated that they listen to their fans. And I have no doubt they will deliver with Halo 3.
People will finish the fight on September 25th. But the online coop and multiplayer fight will still go on for years to come.
It appears that Square/Enix is just about making money. Just like every other publisher. Even though others will state they have this "loyalty" to Sony.
Don't be suprised to see the a lot of their games to be published on the 360. With the largest install bases in both Europe and the US. This once again goes to show that Europe and US are more important than Japan to software sales.
If PS3 sales don't pick up don't be suprised to see Final Fantasy j...
I didn't hate on the game. I actually like the Ratchet and Clank series. What I hate is this constant justification of Bluray.
Why not just release an article stating the resolution and game features. How come Sony's first and second parties are always releasing the size of the actual game.
Always reaching for that justification of the Bluray agenda. How many Microsoft, Nintendo type articles do you see released about the actual game size??
Not...
Can Sony catch a break? Resistance: Fall of man, touted as a game that required the Blu-ray disc because of the enormous size of the game, is under fire as to the legitimacy of the actual size of game data on the disc. squatingyeti over at the Neogaf.com forum posted a Linux dump of the Blu-ray disc and it appears to have several gigs of padding data. Padding data is usually quite normal, usually used to push game data to the outer edges of the disc for quicker access. What makes this interes...
The Hi res pics I have seen all look really good. And the online coop is going to be awesome.
And all the upgradeabable weapons and the costumes are going to make it a lot of fun. Not to mention all the downloadable content they can add later.
Man Boobs....

also dominated 2 console generations with the NES and SNES. But came in last with N64 and Gamecube. Now they are climbing back on top.
Past history has nothing to do with a consoles success. It's the price and the games.

If you would have actually read the article you would know it predicts the PS3 to win.
