Not sure why you're getting disagrees, this is the most common and legitimate concern the game had. The only 'real' boss fight without going into spoilers was epic, but also underwhelming. The best bosses in the game were the optional Valkyries which were the best fights
You must not have played XC2 then cause that game's slowdowns drive me crazy, and it gets even worse on handheld mode. And this does not even include the load times
This is exactly why Nintendo gets away with so many things that Sony and MS don't. When it's Nintendo it's fine. No voice chat for paid online? Okay. No Netflix and overpriced DLCs? Fine. A 2D RPG with great gameplay? GOTY caliber. A full rehash of a Wii U game? Definitely worth the full price. Watch MS and Sony come out with at least one of these (they already have) and you'll see 10x the articles calling them out and reviews taking off a point from the score.
Time frame and price don't matter that much. The PS3 already proved that. Xbox just needs to show they are still committed to creating the content gamers want. If it isn't obvious enough, God of War and Spiderman have proven that SP games still have an enormous audience and time will tell if the new studios MS signed will bring them back some of the glory they once had with the 360.
Not gonna lie the first 3-5 seconds as the soldiers moved in I thought it was a scene from the movie and I was thinking I don't remember this part...?
@Septic and anyone still thinking that he 'saved' the Xbox brand also needs to get their head checked. The guy basically just came in to try and repair the damage done by Don Mattrick and afterwards became the PR mouthpiece of Xbox, literally using buzzwords to get crowds hyped up and back it up with a whole bag of nothing
Yes it'll be a long install. Spiderman alone took more than half an hour for me. It's unusual because I seem to recall during the first few years games would install really quickly
I just love that they consider this the 'kickstarter' of something big. Looking forward to more Marvel games done right in the future
Send this to Ubisoft
They will come together with a price increase
You can bet if they get a new deal it'll be littered with online components and microtransactions
Funny enough, the avg right now is right in the middle: 75
lol
Single player games are dead btw
Meh, NBA 2K18 also had Kyrie on the cover before he left for Boston
The issue here isn't about studios making 1st party games. The issue is that MS refused to believe in single player games and exclusives. But after seeing a decline in sales to the point that the 360 has overtaken it, they realized it's not just about subscription services and a powerful console that can play multiplatforms in 4k. The question now is, will they really invest in 1st party single player games, or did they sign these studios to rush games out the window and throw in unre...
TLoU came out the same year as the PS4. Most expect a holiday 2020 release for next gen, so it' is very doable for CDPR
The thing with MS is that it's like an extension of Sony's. Sure they had Halo, Gears, etc. But both are still ways off, and it wouldn't be surprising if they are pushed to next gen. The signing of their new studios is also a good part of their conference as it shows (at least for now) they are still committed to delivering exclusives. But again - like Halo & Gears, they will probably debut next gen.
In short, MS has made it clear they are already investing ...
It's a permanent $100 price cut with a temporary $50 E3 discount by the looks of it
Oh I'm sure it'll show more emotion than their last game
