i have no friends at either company , policies seem almost identical , only one has a better PR campaign . i've always said buy the console that has the games and features you like , but don't ever think they give a damn .
why would i sign a eula that gives them the right to spy on me , turn me into the police , and install DRM , what the hell is going on with my friends at sony ?
people that play madden and maybe 1 or 2 other games a year , these features are going to be very appealing , and they sell they crap out of titanfall as the next cod , with cod having a down year . you never know !

i went as far as the bugs allowed in skyrim on ps3 , then i bought a new pc for skyrim and put 400+ hr in it and the dlc
i'd have red dead redemption on my list as well , i wasn't a big fan of journey or walking dead (but they were still very good games)

no skyrim ? 2011 will go down as one of the greatest years in gaming history
they really stepped it up towards the end , with ps+ and kept making high quality games
technically any of the companies can do it at anytime , but why would they do it after the out cry this year , it wouldn't make much sense with only a couple of million consoles sold
@zod18 , i don't know how much you used your ps3 but i used mine allot and i hated the ps3 battery solution , battery dies mid game and you have to plug it in with a tiny cord and sit right in front of the tv . xbox was much better just slap in some new rechargeable and keep playing !
@DarkLordMalik we don't know if that the final update or a early version the are just using for testing , no one except ms employees was suppose to be able to access it

answer is probably nothing , they just want to control the message just like ms .
and if they day 1 update fixes bugs or game or console crashes , how quickly would the video of a crash get spread around , if ms is still working on the os or firmware and needs until the 22 to be ready
microsoft did the right thing , if that kid had gotten online and had a bad experience playing a game , how long would take for there to be a story like "xbox games stutter and crash" about 5 minutes longer than it took him to upload all the pictures . and there wouldn't be one mention that the updates aren't complete .

guess what , the top 3 games (by most people) from E3 , titanfall , Destiny , and The division , are all online games . so does it really matter if some games are using "the cloud" to be functional .
