@come_bom even if the hype is slowing the 100$ cheaper and bad press from 3rd party resolution put allot more pressure on exclusives to sell xb1 and at the same time 3rd party titles are more important to sony
a revision with no light bar and better battery life would be a instant buy for me
personally i think sony number at the end of the year will depend completely on how many units they can manufacture . ms will have no such problem and their numbers will depend on how many great exclusives they can put out .
i like to have the option to turn it off , if its not serving a purpose for 2 reasons better in a dark room , and i'll take whatever battery life the light is using .

if its as close as 55-45 thats good for all games , after all competition to close a small lead got us a good value service like ps+ . if the generation turns out to be a bigger blowout there is no reason not to either increase price or lower the value of such services .
please microsoft could have more failed consoles than nintendo and it would barely effect their bottom line

all it means is the 9th generation will start sooner with a new xbox and we won't get the value out of the ps4 or the xb1

even if the ram slows the production down like the laser did the wii , the wii still sold 150 mil . my question is if this happens to the ps4 is ms in a position to take the potential ps4 buyers

it was said before the console launches that MS was going with the ram they did because of easy and fast manufacturing . if this is true as long as sony can produce enough units and aren't limited by supply constraints , and games like SS and desiny/watch dogs and the indies move consoles . pretty obvious ms is betting halo and titanfall will sell a ton of consoles .

nintendo needs to forget competing with the ps4 or xb1 , they need to axe the tablet and get down to a cheaper price thsn the ps3 and 360 , with no 3rd party support its ps3 and 360 buyers they should be going after .
as long as its being supported from launch forward its not a big deal , neither console is backwards compatible , and thats the market steam is going after . who knows maybe someday steam will have a streaming service like playstation now or whatever microsoft comes up with .
its funny , once you buy an other ps4 controller and the camera , and some rechargeable batteries for your xb1 controllers , these consoles are the exact same price .

not unprecedented wii's were hard to find for a full year
hope the gameplay is deep and fun , ryse is beautiful to look at but so shallow its not fun for long . hopefully the order 1886 remembers games are more than just graphics
