i agree , but when big restructuring on this scale is happening its probably the most dangerous time in a companies history . big moves can have big unforeseen consequences . i meant that instability can cause investors to balk doesn't mean the moves aren't good for sony's long term health . in the end nobody knows including the management at sony . saying its doom and gloom is as silly as saying its great .
when a megalithic company like sony makes as many big moves as they have in the last year its more than a little troubling to investors . now they might sail thru the storm to the other side and be a better company for it , but you don't trust your money in a boat that is rocking this much .
if it had 2 more triggers it would be the perfect handheld , still love my vita
we'll see if infamous numbers stay strong as copies flood back in from the resale market
@Flutterby well if holding back a major side mission as day1 downloadable episodic content works to hold off resales , we'll probably see allot more of it in the future
@MasterCornholio if you do an apples to apples comparison the lead is probably less than 1 million units , which is still a very large lead .
european and gobal charts for that matter are useless , they are comparing sales of one product (available in all of europe) too another (that isn't available in northern or eastern europe) , although its probably safe to assume sony has a comfortable lead even if they compared european market for market where both products are for sale .
its available in 5X the countries
where's the hacked pc version that runs offline so the community can see the difference and decide for themselves
i'd be happier if it was being done by a port studio and naughty dog used the man hours used to do this on the next great new IP
it being F2p probably means a faster move to ps4
Horrible waste of naughty dog's talent
why is sony wasting naughty dog time cashing in on this game when they could be working on the next great ip and letting a port studio cash in for sony
naughty dog shouldn't be bothering doing the next uncharted then they should have just ported uncharted 1 2 and 3 , and you'd be happy . TLoU was awesome and i not want to wait for their next project .
great for people who didn't own a ps3 , not for loyal sony owners who already played last of us
@Lukas_Japonicus yes wasting one of the best studios in world's time on a port
sucks the naughty dog is wasting their time on this port and not working on the next project after uncharted , was hoping a port studio would be doing this
@ILive seems like wasted talent if it slows down their next new ip by a year
@Flamingweazel first its 54 vs 13 , and its small markets like northern and eastern europe , all of africa and the middle east , most of south america , and all of asia and the sub continent of india .
even at a 2-1 margin in unreleased xb1 countries , ms numbers would raise by 1.5-2 million consoles sold if markets were equal . still a very nice sony lead
if people want the real numbers do a market by market comparison , sony would still be ahead by less than 1 million consoles . which is still a very decent lead .
crowing about sales results that aren't apples to apple is as stupid as predicting dx12 impact on xb1 developement before anyone gets their hands on it . if you want to brag about sales number do a market by market comparison sony will still be ahead , believing that numbers where the xb1 is not for sales means anything beyond gamers buy sony when they have no other choice , is completely silly .
