i'm sure sony knows from talking to retailers and by orders how quickly units are selling but they have noway of having actually numbers on how many units walmart (for example) is selling , nor do they care , same goes for MS , as long as the order stays the same or increases they are happy .
confirmed MS is making money on each unit sold , it will be interesting (when we get sony's numbers ) to see how close they are to the cost of manufacture .
@MasterCornholioi suggesting its a financial decision , they can get their investment back on iOs and android , and they don't have to invest any new money on WiiU using Unreal 3 . but i was asking the question because i have no idea whether its true or not .
serious question , if its scalable to iOS and android isn't it a choice for it not being on WiiU not a technical limitation .
sleeping dogs was such an underrated game
wonder if it was suppose to be a part of Now and lines got crossed somewhere
just stating a truth , the more impressive ps4 numbers are the US and UK numbers , not the global and European ones
about 1.5 million ps4's have been sold to people that can't buy a xb1 because its not available in their country
titanfall on the xb1 has some staying power , even more impressive when you consider the smaller user base
Good news for xb1 owners
tackle the subject matter HBO's game of thrones is afraid to do .
we've had 2 demo's most early demo's we see are running on pc's i'm sure we'll see more at E3 . kinect is a impressive piece of tech but if devs don't use it , its not very useful , i'm waiting to see what devs do with cloud and dx12 if anything , until then its no more valuable .
they've shown a DX12 demo , they've shown a cloud compute demo , i'll reserve my opinion until i see what game devs do with it , its where the rubber meets the road .
thats a legitimately fair question . if you take out skype and the login i never use the camera or motion controls , my kids use it for dancing
i don't think the motion control has proven very valuable yet , but i find myself wishing the ps4 had the same voice commands as the xb1 , controlling volume /on off /skype and especially being able to turn off the controller when watching movies or tv . being able to switch back and forth between games and tv and having the game resume right where you stopped is rad .
@farsendor1 oh ya , especially this year , even if you love big AAA games there is allot of space in beteween to fill with some great indies . i just don't see either console as the best place to play them , at least for me . unless they are truly exclusives
for me i'm still playing my indies on steam unless xb1 or ps4 gives me a reason to buy them there , when i replace my pc hardware i'll still have my games list unless valve goes out of business
95% shovelware crap on both the green and blue side
Blast Corps with cloud physics
by far my favorite feature of the xb1 , do a race in forza ,watch tv get bored , do another race , skype with friends , do a race , watch netflix , do a race
