Totally unrelated, but didn't Nintendo a couple of years ago actually have a Direct or an announcement on April 1 that was legit? Can't tell anymore.
the PS is likely just for 4k movie/youtube playback, not for gaming, however. I just don't see PS alienating their customers that way. I admit this seems odd on the verge of the VR release.
This exactly what we are dealing with being a Nintendo fan right now. I believe there are still plenty of games to justify the purchase, but why do so now with he NX on the horizon. If I hadn't bought at launch, I might be upset about it. The difference is that Nintendo admitted they are working on the next system, despite PS and MS also doing the same(just not confirming it)
therin lies the problem. We can't stand for an internet troll to get the last word on anything, so we click anyway to defend against stupidity, which gives more clicks. There is no way to stop it unless we just bubble down everyone for trolling or whatever til their gone and N4G mods(do they exist?) can remove them. Or we move to somewhere else that has adequate mods to prevent blatant trolling. anyone know of any other sites?
I think we should get away from calling anything and qualifying it by this gen or next gen. Technically, Nintendo is about to start the next gen alone and will BE alone for several years, but I'm pretty sure that many here will deny this, regardless of the facts. Since the systems never launch at the same time, we should simply start omitting this language. Unless you consider VR it's own gen, but that gen discussion should probably start by this being gen 1 or maybe two, since VR ...
This is the only thing that makes sense. 1080p 60 is still spotty, even on ps4, no way 4k gaming is a reality in this or even the next gen.
They are available now. What great games are you referring to?
I like this idea. What kind of rpg is the question. Something like mass effect or something like xenoblade could be amazing. Even something 2d similar to child of light would also be cool.
13million however low is not irrelevant. Nor is all the attention over a simple rumor. Nintendo is anything but irrelevant.
Featuring_Dante. Regardless of who you are replying to, your statement is on point.
The one of the three you mentioned that concerns me is psvr? Seems a serious gamble that i have my doubts about. They simply will have a harder time recovering if it ultimately fails.
I'll still buy them. I've been very happy with my wii and wii u.
Who's being nostalgic now? I, for one want controls and games to evolve. With your thinking, thd console market will stagnate and eventually die out.
What does the name have to do with anything? Makes you feel more like a grown-up with a different name?
I don't think even Nintendo is expecting wii numbers.
I hope the nx is at least partly what everyone is expecting. Backlash is going to be horrible if it's not.
Mario kart, smash, by all accounts..zelda. I can't imagine how they can be significantly better in next gen to justify another entry at this point. At some point you may just run out of ideas and need to work on something else.
Great. You saw one in a store. That is your wii u experience? Yet you always have strong opinions on something you have zero experience with. We should certainly value your opinion.
Thats your opinion. The controller is the best part of the system to me. I play my xbone and miss the gamepad tremendously
Your response is mature and useful criticism...mostly. There is a clear difference to me between you and superchiller. Constructive criticism is fine but tearing down something for attention is something else entirely.
According to the Wii U EULA in referring to the internal software or OS:
... You may not publish, copy, modify, reverse engineer, lease, rent, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Software, or bypass, modify, defeat, tamper with, or circumvent any of the functions or protections of your Wii U, unless otherwise permitted by law.
Last I checked, this is stealing. Whether these people found a way to not have to accept the EULA or not, they are still bou...
