50 hours in level 32, date 9/2 I believe.
What a year it's been so far. As of right now my GOTY is Persona 5 with BoTW being a very close second. Haven't beaten either game yet so my opinion could change, but right now those two stand out as the top competitiors imo.
50 hours in and I'm not even close to being over this game. The story combined with seeking out relationships with confidants are what keep me coming back. Oh, well that and fusing Personas. Great job Atlus!
Ya I think what's he was trying to say is that they don't impact the market the way say a new CoD does, or a new Battlefield. We all know Zelda and Horizon will probably be better games than CoD but I'm positive neither will sell as well. So in that sense he's right, but as quality video games they absolutely make huge impacts, it just sucks that neither are on his platform.
EXACTLY. This is why they'll continue to pump out sequels to Halo and Gears while staying away from great story driven games. MS is more interested in capturing the crowd that loves to play CoD, BF, Overwatch, Ghost Recon, etc. I think it's their focus to try and create content that would appeal to the casual market more than anything. Smart business plan, but makes their entire catalogue of games pretty similar when they're mainly MP focused stuff. That's why I prefer PS, the...
True words. GoW3 was the reason I bought a PS3 back in 2010. Mind blowing and the best in the series imo.
Legitimately excited for all of these! Really curious to see more of Days Gone at E3.
Ya apparently it takes place when the gods roamed the earth still, or before they were even considered gods. Something like that, either way. I cannot wait!
To accommodate smaller kids I agree, but it's not like Nintendo has 2 good controller options for both children and adults. Lord knows the joycons are not great options as controllers, and the Pro controller is too big for my sons hands who's 6 years old.
Umm I'll wait till E3 to cast judgement, but these pics are not very impressive.
That and the difference won't be that substantial
Are you're basing this on what? TLOU2 and Death Stranding likely wont release until 2019, but everything else has a realistic chance of coming out in 2018.
This is one argument i cant get behind, this is making a social issue where one doesn't need to exist. The term girl gamer is used to specify a gamer as a girl in what's considered an otherwise male dominated hobby. A recent article states that nearly half of gamers are female but imo that info is misleading considering they're including ppl that play candy crush and Pokemon go. When ppl say "I play video games", mobile games aren't what most would assume you're ...
Well to me you have hardcore fans and then ppl who casually play games. I have friends that buy CoD, Madden, BF, and NBA2k every year, and maybe a couple other games a year, but they usually only play about 5 games annually. And then you have ppl like me that play games across all genres, love video game culture (conferences, podcasts, trailers, communities, etc), and has already played and beaten 6 games this year and is working on #7. I consider myself a greater consumer of games than the a...
Enjoyed it as a MP game but I wouldn't say you're missing much if you skipped it.
Than you're not a real gamer
Shenmue HD
lol I actually enjoyed XV up until chapter 13 but it doesn't compare to P5 imo. Much better story, characters, dungeons, and combat.
Zeldas incredible, its like a humongous playground actually. You're dropped into this world and are given the freedom to approach the game how you want, and it does a great job of respecting the player. Most importantly for me it's rekindled that old school Nintendo magic I haven't felt since Mario Sunshine.
Passing the Baton, and also having a squad mate finish off an opponent you failed to is pretty rad.
