The PS3 as I've being saying since the day the PS3 launched (look at my comment history) will not catchup to the xbox 360 this generation.
Proving that as far as console dominance as the PS1 and PS2 did... Blu-ray and the cell was the big mistake on Sony's part... because uhhh..... as far as the mainstream gamer is concern... only the Sony loyalist actually believed that blu-ray and the cell would actually benefit the playstation...

By the time Wii HD comes out and "provide 360/PS3 like graphics" the 720/PS4 will be around to make the wii look 1 generation behind.
I think Nintendo will always be a generation behind in terms of graphics... Nintendo is not about graphics any more. Take a look at the DS and the Wii. Nintendo learned that it's about marketing and getting people to jump into their trial an error ideas.

@trancefreak - it requires someone to understand the difference between centralize server and Peer to Peer to know what I mean.
Technically there is no difference between Peer 2 Pear other than the bandwidth advantage that the a Host server may have.
Lots of people will not admit it. But when playing PC games from time to time one will encounter extreme lag if latency is too high on these servers.
Unlike xbox live hater would want everyone to believe.......
