With everything that is happening at CD Project Red I'm curious if there will be a mass walkout of developers and then go work at a different studio or create their own company.
It definitely will be interesting to see what comes next for all the workers.
Microsoft needs to do the right thing and pull the game from the Xbox store. This way people won't accidentally buy the game thinking it works.
In ten years I do think that is possible, but I'm not ready to talk about the next PlayStation or Xbox, because PS5 and Xbox Series X just came out, so I want to see what can be done with those systems right now, instead of talking about the next generation of systems.
I'd like to see a Cloverfield game. Maybe something like a cinematic game, like the kinds of games Supermassive makes.
I wish Bioware could bring out a new Jade Empire, even if it was just a remake.
Sadly unless Bioware can buy their freedom from EA I don't think they will.
Hopefully the one guy who is moving to Chicago can create a new video game studio in the city, because we can always use more game studios.
Denuvo is trash and it makes your games run slower, plus more likely to crash. So please stop using this software.
The Timesplitters series is the one game people keep asking THQ Nordic to remake or bring out a new one, so I'm disappointed to hear this news.
Hopefully soon though they'll make a new one.
I personally would like to see Microsoft make their own new Japanese studio over buying a studio. I also would like to see Microsoft look at setting up studios in Taiwan, Hong Kong or South Korea too.
I'd be down to see Bloody Roar return or any of the other Hudson Soft games to be exact.
I think indie games like Among Us can and will do really well, but I want to see more of these games come out on consoles.
If they do, then I can see them doing better than a lot of AAA games.
Love him or hate him, but I personally hope Cliff Bleszinski does return to making games, because it means more games will come out and with him making a new studio this will mean more people are employed, too.
If this happens I can see it only being a good thing for the New Zealand video game market.
I could even see some new video game studios pop up, so I say go for it, because at the end of the day this will lead to more video games being made and I'm all for that.
This was a very interesting read, about how the Warsaw Stock Exchange and really putting math into schools has played into helping the Polish video game market grow.
It also talked about new emerging markets like Serbia, Estonia, Belarus, Bosnia, Herzegovina and Croatia. The article particularly talked about how Serbia is about to explode into a leading video game development market.
So when you read this, it does make you think that the first party devel...
Seeing Bungie come back to being a first party studio would be exciting.
Ubisoft would be a waste. I don't think it would happen either, because they have over 18,000 employees and there is better studios than them.
Warner Bros Interactive isn't going to happen either, because AT&T realised how much money they can make for keeping that studio, instead of selling it.
As for studios I'd like to see that would be SuperMas...
If commercials are in the game, the price should be lower, but instead you have a greedy thief, who is now charging 70 dollars for these games. I can happily say I'm not going to buy this garbage and neither should you.
I still can't believe Capcom hasn't brought out a new game in years and it is high time for a sequel or remake for Dino Crisis.
I'm going to say something, if Microsoft is smart they'd come out and say you can buy our games for 60 dollars or you can buy our competitors games for 70 dollars.
Doing that would be a smart business move, yes Microsoft would lose out on ten more dollars, but would gain good will and more people would buy the Xbox Series X/S because of this move.
I personally wish it would be cancelled. We all see how badly Cyberpunk 2077 runs and I worry the same will happen to this game too.
So just bring it out for the Xbox Series X and use the resources to help push that system.
