I've noticed that before and I think people for whatever reason just like to downvote posts. I'd be surprised if this very post doesn't get downvote too.
With Overlord coming out as free, hopefully this is a sign a third game will be made and no the spin-off doesn't count as the third game.
Thanks and I'm happy to hear that.
All anyone can ask for, is this to lead to a new Brothers In Arms, video game. There hasn't been a WW2 game in some time and with next gen right around the corner, I think you could do some great things for the next game in the series.
Gears Tactics looks great and from everything I've seen a nice spin on the franchise. I look forward to playing it, when it comes out on the Xbox One.
Ideas like this I'm all for, but I don't know why it needs to be patented, because I'd like other companies to be able to do this too. Yet I understand Sony is a business and is doing what is in their best interests. Hopefully the license won't be expensive, so other companies can implement this in their games too.
Congratulations to Bend studios, for the one year anniversary of Days Gone. I'm curious what they are working on now. A sequel, a new IP or a new Syphon Filter.
Who is to say Crytek won't? I can easily see Crytek using the remake to keep the franchise in people's mind's and then bring out a new game.
I like the amount of detail that went into making the city and it shows how talented the developers are.
Hopefully this will lead to other Crytek games getting a remake too.
As long as Beyond Good and Evil 2 stars Cuss Monkey, instead of Jade and Pey'j I hope the game will continue to be delayed, until the original cast are the main characters.
I really liked the original game, but everything so far I've seen of the sequel looks like a whole new game and I'd be more for it, if it was a new IP, instead of piggybacking off of the Beyond Good and Evil name.
I'd like to see Vagrant Story, Live a Live, Bahamut Lagoon, Treasure Hunter G, Ogre Battle & Bushido Blade.
As much as I've seen an improvement, until Microsoft gets Japanese companies to make Xbox games, they haven't.
When the same games are coming out for Nintendo's and Sony's systems, but not Microsoft's that leaves Microsoft at a disadvantage.
So that is the one thing the Xbox brand needs, Asian games and better still a first party studio, that makes those kinds of games.
As for who I think they should get, I personall...
The game is also free on Xbox One and it is really cool of Namco Bandai to do this.
Star Trek has a lot of potential for video games. In a perfect world CBS would work with a studio like Larian Studios to make a Star Trek RPG that is like the Knights of The Old Republic games, but deals with exploration too. I also would add a few space SIM elements, so you get to fly the spaceship.
I'd love to see Nintendo work with Netflix, to bring out both live action and animated shows, from Nintendo's many properties.
Just look at what Netflix did with Castlevania and imagine that for Legend of Zelda or how Netflix made Witcher and brings out Metroid.
So hopefully with this company buying shares in Nintendo, we get to see Nintendo series get a movie or tv show treatment.
I can see a Legend of Zelda or Star Fox animated series working, so I'm alright with Nintendo bringing their properties out in other formats, than just video game console.
Even a live action Metroid would work, so hopefully we do see Nintendo expanding ways to utilize their IPs.
I don't know why it has taken so long to make a Jurassic Park shooter game.
The whole dinosaurs as an enemy concept is perfect, but for whatever reason you don't see dinosaur games. Hopefully with this, that will change, because just swap out zombies for dinosaurs and you have potential for a really fun, plus suspenseful game.
Free is free and nothing is better than free.
