a similar case with capcom and devil may cry they change a loved series in order to gain new fans but lose many more existing fans in the process. its mind boggling. if you want to gain new fans create a new ip or a spin-off from a series on the condition that it has nothing to do with the story or characters of the original series. that way if people are interested they will give it a try and become new fans while existing fans can try it with nothing to lose. but by radically changing a pop...
agreed, one thing that really pissed me off about skyrim is how bethesda kept banging on about dynamic story telling and how the game remembered actions you have taken and characters in the game react to it and in the end it was nothing but bullshit. when you become arch mage in skyrim none of the characters in the mages guild seemed to give a shit they still spoke to you in disrespect. also some of the phrases said by the characters were repeated so often that they became internet memes.
wow a collectors edition that actually seems reasonable
same, i guess some one want to poke at sony amidst all the hype and rumours of next gen. the list is good though they were pertty disappointing game. duke nukem and alien colonial marines suffered the same problem in development for ages and passed between different developers
no i don't think it is. one of the articles said something about the screen being clickable but not touch enabled and that you can click either the right of the screen or the left of the screen. its really annoying that i can't find the article but it was on N4G earlier. if there is a touch pad it is likely to be at the back.
there is huge support for this game, it is only natural that they would be upset if the developer shafts them and delays the game to release it on console in the same way that all the wiiU fans went apeshit when ubisoft delayed the next rayman game that was supposed to be a wiiU launch title exclusive to release it on ps3 and xbox. i'm sure the developer can bare with it and release it on consoles if it gets them more money but it wouldn't be worth it since they will lose a ton of fan...
the guy says "There also is a speaker in between the controller that will probably be used for notifications which could let gamers know when the receive a message without the need for an onscreen indicator." i actually never thought about that. that can be one use for the screen on the controller. up untill now i have been struggling to find a use for the screen but now hopefully there is a chance to get rid of those pesky onscreen popups that distract you when you are busy kicking...
the second picture of the controller seems to be different in shape (as in less bulkier) i think the end design has yet to be finalised but the idea is certainly firm in place. one question i think we should be asking is weather or not the screen, the light strip on the font and the possible back touch pad will have an affect on the battery life and if so how much.
since when were gamers so concerned with how companies are run.
but the wiiU wasn't successful at all...

if that is the success you are looking for than you can keep it for your self
February 20th 2013 6PM EST (11PM GMT) convert the time to where ever you are in the world can't be bothered to do it for you.
agreed, if its available on pc that's always the first option i use consoles only for exclusives and online games like fifa which everyone ever plays on consoles too.
good point, i don't think that many of the great ps3 exclusives would have sold at all on in the xbox all my friends who use xbox seem only interested in shooters and i doubt any of them would even bother trying out a critically acclaimed game like ni no kuni for example or journey which has won multiple awards. i can understand if they tried and didn't like it but most completely ignore and look down upon all these great games if anything they are the ones missing out big big time
i'm not sure where or who you got that information from. also you didn't mention how many cores or any other specs the cpu may have saying 1.6GHz is too vague.
on topic: with regards to the ps4 being a PS4U lets not forget that the wiiu is very advanced when compared with the wii (thats partly because the wii had outdated hardware but anyways) and while it may not seem much different from the ps3 and 360 it is certainly a step up from the wii so in a sense i wouldn...
it does not add anything to the game just a little gimick. while it is pretty cool it doesn't seem practical. also you can't expect every one to buy a projector just to be able to a have a feature which doesn't really change the gaming experience. the game is the same with or without illumiroom. it also begs the question "if you have a projector why don't you just play the whole game through the projector rather than half on tv and half on projector?"
they developed the game without the financial support of a publisher. that makes them an independent developer or an indie dev/sutdio.
i hope this game doesn't run into the same problem as its predecessors in that the monsters are entirely predictable and you begin to notice repetition. in deadspace 2 you can tell exactly where the monsters are coming out from and towards half way through the game it just becomes monotonous to the point where playing the game becomes tedious. a few hours into the game the scares stop being scary and start being annoying bursts of loud noise.
really??! i think it looks f***ing ugly both controller and console. the console can only stand one way which is silly and the controller doesn't look comfortable at all.
yeah, one thing i don't understand is that almost all console gamers have a laptop or pc of some sorts i don't understand why they just don't get a gaming pc that can do all of that in one device its also cheaper. i also don't get it when people say pc gaming is expensive when they have mobile phones and tablets that cost just as much.
LOL the Guardian uk should have saw it coming. the typical ramblings of people who know nothing about gaming making articles for people who also know nothing about gaming. down vote source not a gaming site. British news always have quotes from so called "experts" or "analyst" and you wouldn't believe how often these people are either completely clueless or provide false/misleading information.
