i liked how sony were focused on the games and i also like how they announced the ps4 specs out straight at the start without beating around the bush. i also like how there was little to no mention of the ps move(apart from media molecules' wacky,weird but fairly entertaining presentation) and motion control.
i am fond of sony and the services they provide but lets keep a low key on the pshome. not playstation's proudest moment.
anything missed in the press conference whether intentionally or not will likely to be revealed at E3
so the rumours were true and false, there was a rumour that there will be no touch pad and the led screen will be clickable. i guess a clickable touch pad is classy

i understand all the people who were bitching about diablo3 at launch and the problems the game had and i think in some cases its justified but bitching about a game going to another platform i don't quite understand.
yes but think beyond the fact the diablo is coming to ps3/4 its the action that matters the fact that sony has gotten blizzard on board to create console games whether its exclusively for playstation or for all platform (while blizzard did emphasise the partnership between them and sony there was no mention of exclusivity)and i think this is a very positive thing for consoles.

i agree with you. square enix was the lowest part of an otherwise great press conference. many people bitching about sony not showing the console itself and giving a concrete time and date for release and pricing but i think sony will come again strong at E3 with those parts of the puzzle plus more. no mention of many loved playstation games i think they will have at least a few more would like to hear about the last guardian but overal there was a good mix of sequels ne...
the announcement of the ps4 had sparked several console v pc arguments by annoying people and thus far i have sided with the pc but you have lost the plot completely.
yeah i was only expecting 4GB GDDR5 or 8GB GDDR3 but to have 8GB GDDR5 is absolutely amazing, mind blowing infact. it really shows sony's commitment to multitasking and the new social features they've implemented. on a side note Blizzard+Sony is something i did not see coming i hope there will be keyboard & mouse support for diablo3 as well as controller. would love to see more keyboard and mouse support for games no reason not to

the hype was created by sony i'm pretty sure they wouldn't build this event up so much if they didn't have anything to show for it they certainly wouldn't have advertised the event in a champions league match.

i don't know where people get this idea that pc gamers upgrade "every other year" if anything one of the reasons you get a pc is because you know it will last for at least the next 5-6 years therefore resulting in a good investment that is ultimately cheaper. also when you upgrade usually its just one piece of hardware not the whole system.
