true its funny how people say "but....but what about optimising surely its the devs fault" no amount of optimising will overcome the physical limitations of the xbone. also its not like its using a different architecture or anything they use practically the same chips.
they get the console on release day genius i thought that much was pretty obvious.
please give it a rest. not sure what reality you live on. you like the xbox fine more power to you but don't try to justify its shortcomings using bullshit arguments and stop downplaying its lack of power. playing games comes first multimedia can always be added on later.
i hope i would much much rather spend $100 or whatever on a VR head display that actually improves gaming over a kinect
the timer tripped me up too not sure i got the first question right
EDIT:lol entered again seems like the questions are different for everybody only one winner and it will be the guy who is fastest so very unlikely
"the harder you press the button the stronger the attack will be" you say that but the ps2 controller can recognise pressure but grantursimo was the only game to make use of it that's why they scrapped it for the DS4
"is that really how you guys put your dates?" that's how the entire world puts the date except north america its either 15/11/13 or 13/11/15 in some asian and middle east countries
you mean 15/11/13
its pretty amazing for people who are buying both you get best of both worlds
the current 30 day trials that they give out (and have been for the longest time) can only be claimed by users who have not previously used PS+. if you used PS+ for free back when PSN went down then you wont be able to get the 30 day's trial unless you make a new account. also you get a warning that if you don't cancel automatic payments you will purchase PS+ automatically after the 30 days up and continue to do so as long as your wallet or credit account has money in it. there is a u...
it means the PS4 will be supported for the next 10 years in the same way that the ps3 will still be supported after the ps4's launch and the same way the ps2 had continued support well into the current gen. it doesn't mean that it will be 10 years before the ps5 comes out but i personally think we wont see one anytime soon. 4k is still far far off form being common place if they release a console before it won't be future proof
@gaffyh
well without a doubt NDA's have been flying around left right and centre behind the scenes maybe he signed one?
i would rather have stanley's job than play a repetitive game
i doubt it the cell was wildly different from anything else so as devs had the time games got better both consoles now however have almost identical architecture the two main differences being the weaker GPU and the memory. i'm afraid there is absolutely nothing devs can do about that, any optimisation being done is going to happen on either consoles so if there is a gap in performance now there will be a gap in performance always
OP should have submitted the video instead here it is http://www.wired.com/gameli... when you see the power supply being removed this http://cdn.dualshockers.com... thing does look pathetic
there are more than 220 premium cars in GT your comment is invalid
i don't think XBL is worth the value MS just put many features behind the paywall to give the illusion that it is stuff that should be free and are free on EVERY OTHER PLATFORM like skype or netflix for example. they need something like the instant games collection on PS+ with that you instantly get your money's worth back in free games and then some
you mean sony's E3 event? MS's E3 conference wasn't all that bad they showed good games and whatnot it only looked bad because they absolutely got hammered by sony hours later.
good point actually the gap between the wiiU and X1 is not large enough to define a generation i don't think. in the same way that the gap between current gen and the wiiU isn't that large either
yes but that argument is null as it is true for both. as the xboxone is improved the ps4 will also be improved it doesn't work just one way if the gap is there already it means it will always be there if not get bigger in a few years time
