doesnt matter what the concrete number is on signups
what matters is microsoft/xbox gets to call all those devs/publishers who have a game on the service and say, we got some $$$ to send out to you...

remedy doesn't "give to xbox"... microsoft cuts a pretty big check for remedy's services...

@Goldby it's never intentional to collide and hurt/kill someone is the sport of racing...
but racers do intentionally try to intimidate, and getting a pinch to close is very common...
being aggressive is part of the gig in organized racing... you try to cut it tight around corners to pass someone, you may nudge them, and going 200MPH, that can either be a spin out or worse...
or you try to get close enough to intimidate another driver and acc...

Ur theory can be debunk d easily...
8GB of RAM used for games running at 320GB Bus... that alone will alone the fill rate for textures to be more consistent...
Also, their PIX tool has disected every engine that runs on Xbox and removed as ma y bottlenecks as possible... instead of Devs learning the box, they are getting probably the most optimized and ready to go XDK , in some studios history...

when you nudge someone at those speeds the damage is very much real (and dangerous)
sometimes by accident when trying to intimidate another driver and sometimes on purpose to spin the other driver out (hopefully without causing injury)

did you really say "Drive with a little determination and class"?... thats NOT how racing works. Racing is taking that risk of possibly colliding into another racer, either to intimidate the other racer, or to surpass them. Damage is part of the game
also your getting off track to fit your argument: I dont see other games, making gamers into real life drivers... lets set the record straight most of those people can already dr...
forza horizon 3 has set a bar, that is EXTREMELY high to surpass...
GT Sport, Project Cars 2, Need for Speed, and Forza:Motorsport, better come with some kind of unique flare to top the current King of Racers known as Forza Horizon 3
i was in the xbox game pass beta; i already owned most of the games present, but gave it a try...
there were no issues in downloading and playing the titles present and that's what you want in a connected base service...

Or how about this... Maybe XXanderXX didn't get a chance to play some of the games that will be present on Game Pass, and maybe spending $10-$20 (a month or 2) will allow him/her to catch on the titles without having to shell out a boatload of $$$ to play them...

I do it the smart way... buy another power adapter and a HDMI cable (which are dirt cheap now a days) and leave those plugged in and just move the dock as need be...

they are more or less going around it, by hacking the consumer accounts...

Why are they removing perks for base PS4 owners? Down sampling should be there and u know it. This doesnt look like the King if Racers lets be honest...
i honestly think gt sport is going to be stretched very thin...
they seem to want a premium vr experience, but at the same time, want a premium driving game...
i know the ps4 got some juice under the hood, but it only has so much to spare...
either way it looks like something is possibly going to take a hit... unless they concede a bit on the vr side and they just make the best racing game they can possibly make...
Devs/Pubs dont get to see any revenue in used games.
Game Pass allows 3rd party developers to make money from the rental service and if they elect to buy the game digitally devs also get a cut of that as well
