i dont have RotTR on PS4 (grabbed it on xbox)... but Uncharted 4 i do have, and it is indeed 1440p...

Boost mode is sporadic.. it doesnt work smoothly across the board... some games benefit and some games may perform worse...

Getting to 4K takes (native or checkerboard) on 1Xtaking devs 1-3days vs 3-4weeks (on Pro dev kits) do the math.
Even if u hate Xbox, you should be happy for tge 1X dev kit. As it houses every engine, middleware, and techniques (checkerboard,etc) also houses PS4 capabilities just in case devs want to do a straight port without effort or time...

Xbox One X is THE BEST dev kit in the market.
Its a better dev kit for PS4/Pro than the Playstation devs kits are.
Scorpio dev kits, has every engine, middleware, tool kit etc pre-pre-programmed in the One X dev kit.

Microsoft did throw them a bone... that has already been documented...
Phil was so amazed by what he initially saw in CupHead that the game was delayed, and Microsoft funded to expand the game.
Nobody pays attention... Albert Panello made it clear that not submitting their FCC cert approval is intentional...
They are still teasing things and want to bring even more announcements before FCC Cert submission...
