I blame it on the internet.
Or science.
You butt buddies, neither of whom own a PS3, are both in the comments for an article that's about the PS3.
Why would you be concerned with the online play of God of War III? Its a single player game. Do you even know what you are talking about?
dude... vggartz
I think it's about time for Sony to drop the price. They really should, even if it's just to drive sales through the Christmas season.
Yes Sony, I understand that you are losing money on each PS3 sold. But to really drive the sales of the console, you need to drop the price so that more people can enjoy the PS3. IMO, the PS3 is by far the best value on the market when it comes to videogame systems. But I am not the mass market. Every single parent, spouse, or whatever gift giver...
By that logic Star Wars Episode III is a better movie than Jaws or Shawshank Redemption. Which is obviously NOT true.
My bet is that he just meant he hasn't played in yet because he lives in Europe and doesn't have access to it.
Just a guess though.
Wow look at Halo 3 and PGR4. Thats weird for that to happen.
Any idea why this is?
That was actually a good read. Most of the articles that come in about this topic are usually "ZOMG MICROSOFT SCREWS EVERYONE" and doesn't actually explain anything. This article actually provided answers that I had never seen (at least in an organized way) up to this point.
It's still shame Microsoft shot themselves in the foot like that, but hopefully they realize their mistake and fix it, not just throw money at it.
Of course this article doesn't get as much attention as the "LittleBigPlanet levels are being moderated with no indication to user!" article, but its still good to get this news out so those that really care (aka those who own the game) will know.
And it is going to look beautiful on my 32" HDTV and sound beautiful on my 5.1 surround sound system.
I think I need new pants.
That sounds like some kind of anti-drug ad.
It seems like you're giving this game a pretty good score when reading the actual review, but when you get to the score you forgot what you had just written.
I'm really confused by the score you give graphics and sound.

The Halo 3 trailer that you're talking about was released in December 2006. The game Resistance:FoM was released on November 11th, 2006. And I'm not talking about energy shields, because they've been in gaming forever.
Technically the first bubble shield I ever saw was Sonic the Hedgehog, and said bubble shield also let him breathe underwater.
You were saying?
Do you know where I first saw a bubble shield? Any idea?
NOT Halo 3. Resistance: Fall of Man. Resistance had the bubble shield before Halo did. Please don't talk about what you don't know.
Also, I think Resistance 2's animations are much better than the Gears of War games. The character's movements from Gears are so damn clunky. Like they don't know how to extend their elbows straight out or bend over correctly.
From your comments I'm pretty sure you d...
Well I disagree with the way he wrote that, but I honestly don't see why everyone is all over this game. It doesn't honestly look that fun.
Although I've never really been a fan of zombie games to begin with, the first minute of this video is just zombies staring at walls and getting shot by the player. That doesn't seem very fun to me. I could boot up any game and go shoot at a wall will almost the same effect, minus the blood.
I hope its not just because Valve is...
Wasn't this video taken from the PC version?
Nice
What is this a bubble line? I know the economies not so hot guys but come on.
