For a Wii game, yes, it looks good. But I don't see how this can be compared (not by me, but by many others in this series of posts) to the other two consoles.
The character models maybe possibly kind of almost look like they could pass early on in this generation. But unfortunately the textures of the guns and the rest of the landscape is somewhat paltry. Hopefully they can up it a bit before release.(They should be able to as the major problem is jaggies on the environment and...
Why is that an open zone question?
Because this is not what a sandbox game is supposed to be. A sandbox game is supposed to be a game in which you can you ridiculous things and have it seem the norm.
Go back and play GTA 2. I had more fun running around blowing things up in a decade old game than in this one. Rockstar took the GTA series and made it serious. I didn't play GTA so that I can drive my head-fecked retarded cousin around and have him call me everytime he wanted to go drinking.

But ONLY AFTER, I repeat after they have perfected the single player campaign. GoW has always been and should always be single player first.
It should be completely seperate from the single player, as in no character following you around in single player just so they can use that character in co-op.

Why would you rate graphics relative to the console?
Relatively, a Ford Model T would have a 10 rating in HP (it had 20 HP) whereas a Ford Focus would probably get around a 6 or 7 (it has 110 HP on the lowest powered model).
How would that be a good thing? You would rate a Model T's HP higher because it pushed the engine harder compared to a Focus, which has over 5x the HP of the Model T.
That rationale makes no sense at all.
