Not really, Most of these petitions are for Paid exclusives from third party devs by Sony. Its exactly what People were shaming MS for not too long ago. But its okay when Sony does it.

However about it " it being impossible to create large RPG sanboxes without bugs" Has already been by many games recently. Witcher and MGSV to name a few that have almost no bugs, and XCX that actually is Bug free while being the largest of them all as well as most populated with unique enemies and quests.

Those games had less than a year development time. Even so, Transformers wasn't bad.

Based on DF's analysis its looking like 5-8 more frames on average with the rare 10+. Very dispointing overall. However it shouldnt affect me personally when i get a PS4P since i assume all exclusives will be optimized for the Pro and i play all Third parties on PC.

If Nintendo doesn't make some huge mistake like screw up E3 or have some kind of RROD fiasco, Then i predict it will be the top selling console of the year when exluding January and February(for obvious reasons). Of course Zelda is huge. Then Mario, Splatoon and Mario kart Are some of Nintendo's Bggest IPs selling 4M + on Wiiu. Xenoblade 2 has its fanbse that will buy the console. Arms will likely be a similar success story to splatoon.

If it has similar features and has Similar server quality as the others then considering its half the price, I would say its the most "worth it" paid online. Of course PC gaming proves Paid online is not worth it.

Considering Sony's track record of getting too cocky and making something way too expensive like PS3 and VITA i would say it definitely raises concerns. I guess we just wait and see.
