Next gen has already started on wiiu with excellent games like 3D world, W101 and Mario Kart as well as superb releases like smash4 and bayonetta 2 right around the corner. As for Xone and PS4 I'd say next gen starts February 2015.
Imagine if when you upgraded your PC you had to pay extra to increase the settings on games you already own. That's what these rereleases are. If you are buying it for the first time then sure. But if you are paying 50 or 40$ to pretty much increase the settings on a game you already own you deserve to get slapped.
So true. Developers crying that its so hard to make a game at 1080p and that you can't just flip a 60fps switch when putting a game on new hardware. yet if upgraded my PC the only thing I would need to do to play any of my games at 60fps 1080p on my new hardware would be go into settings, tick 1080p and tick lock frame rate at 60. Lol just like flipping a switch.
I literally built my gaming PC with nothing but YouTube videos as guides. Honestly it's the exact same thing as putting together a Lego set , only difference is you have to be more careful with the parts. Anyone with average intelligence should be able to do it.
Hope we see more UC4 and whatever MM is working on. Not sure if Nintendo will have a large presence at gamescon but I would love to see more Zelda Wiiu if just another teaser trailer. But the most hype thing about this gamescon i would say is easily all the source2 rumours that have been going around.
Right in time for the holidays. I wouldn't be surprised if wiiu comes out on top this December.

LBP has floaty physics so no, you actually cant make Mario levels in LBP. Also considering MM isn't making LBP 3 i'm worried LBP 3 will not even be as good as the other LBP games.

what is wrong with F2P? DOTA2 is F2P and is a more complete game at 0$ than 95% of 60$ retail games.
I'm not surprised that the first thing someone is complaining about is the graphics before we even see the game...i guess that's just this new generation of gamers for you.

yet all we got from other companies at E3 were mostly 3 minute trailers. I guess Uncharted 4 is only going to be a few seconds long and Sunset overdrive only has one area.

Eh the Original Witcher didn't age very well. I'l be getting wild Hunt on PC so i don't need this. but it would be nice if they brought Assassins of kings to xone/PS4 for those who want to play the previous games.
What exactly is all this hand holding I hear about in skyward sword? Most games are easy now days. People always talk about Hand holding but personally I never felt like the game was doing all the work for you. I recently beat WW HD and TP and can say I found them easier than SS.
