As for the framerate, A review score isn't a checklist, The game was just so damn good that reviewers looked past the framerate. Even though i would personally not give it a10 because the framerate.

When that low Score comes in, Which it will, be it a 7 or a 6, lets not be clowns and imitate Certain people that attack everyones opinion they don't agree with.
The game is multiplat, why use PS4 as an excuse? If you actually read the review you will see the author has fair critique. While i don't agree with the score in relation to his critique at all, i don't expect everyone to value different aspects of a game the same as i do.
