I'm def going to have to play this game a few times before I'm satisfied. If the online is solid that will add a lot of hours.

As for everyone saying that these LP are doing Nintendo a favor by giving them "free advertisement". I think anyone who truly believes that is delusional to think that anyone who isn't pew or smosh games can make a significant difference in a games sales. The channel i mentioned has 400k+ subs and their GOTY 2013 was W101. we all know how those sales are looking.

I'm not one of those people who think being a youtuber isn't a "real" job. we pay for entertainment, entertainment is a demand and demand must be met with supply. Youtubers are part of that supply, they spend time to deliver that supply and must be compensated for the time they spend. We essentially pay the people who pay...

I guess you have a point, although ive never felt like i had to sit up or stand to play wiimote games. At leat for me it can be more relaxing because i can have my hands however i want, opposed to having both locked in one place.

What would be the point of that? it would just be tedious fake difficulty. BS like that doesn't make a game hard and developers need to learn this. Especially CDPR, The Witcher 2 was a great game but i probably only died once or twice. before they start doing dumb shi*t like this they need to work on a combat system that actually makes the game difficult .Hard gameplay makes a game hard, not wasting hours doing the same thing over because you die.

As a developer Nintendo is winning. They easily have the best first party, with over three 8th gen exclusive games over 90 metacritic while the competition has 0. Sure its all opinion, but most people agree with reviews to be a general measure of quality with little exception. considering how accepting people were of them when a certain game was getting 10/10s and winning GOTY awards all 2013. Unless you admit to being a hypocrite of course.
Splatoon looks like it could be a good teamgame... but no voice chat...
