Also, didn't microsoft mention a while back that the PS3 will not be releasing any game at that resolution, at least for a long time if ever? It's almost like microsoft is telling them what to say...

See the point I made before? Forza 2 may get a 2-3 months delay, but what do you PS3 fanboys get? Sub(Zero).
This is more than enough to prove that sony Fanboys are brain dead. They go while when they see 1 game from the 360 getting delayed for 2-3 to make the game better; yet they just ignore when their games get cancelled, lose exclusivity, get their console downgraded, get their console launch date push back for more than 6 months, and more important than all others the PS3 future is uncertain.
I guess you were one of the lucky ones. I still have my Nintendo from 1988 and still works. It's common sense; the more new/advance technology any device has the more likely it will brake sooner. Have you try Flat tvs? It is only now they are reaching 4+ lifespan, yet I wouldn't trade one of an old tv. They will eventually get these consoles right. But at first it is predictable that they will have issues. This is the price you have to pay if you want the latest toys.

He is right about the price tag ($138) it's what they charged me to fix mine. Unlike many people I think the 360 is a great system. Why did it brake? Well things brake. It is my ultimate fault for not putting ensurance (only $60 for 2 years). I will do it now. I changed my PS and PS2 at least 2 times each. So, I'm not bitc*** about it. Also, I bought mine on November... So, 138 for 9 months... I'm ok with it. Wait till you get the PS3... I'm sure they will be braking left and right.. happends...

I would like to point that; the main difference between Microsoft and Sony is, Sony leads people to believe they will be giving you something and then take it away (i.e. 2 hdmi, gui speed, etc) and Microsoft lead you to believe they will not be giving something and then surprise you with it. Same happened to me. I jus sent mine for repairs, it should get there today(tuesday). Stupid me I didn't have insurance. I will add it as soon as it gets repair; it only cost $60 for 2 years.
I can only imagine... the disaster if the PS3 will rely on the hd to prevent load times. Imagine you have 20 games; it is not like you can replace the HD. If some XBox 360 gamers are complaining about not having enough space with the 360 HD (While they can buy more than 1) now think about the PS3. This is not necessarily a good thing; the PS3 should be able to load game faster not slower (w/o the use of another device), this also translates to higher energy bill, and more heat.
