Obviously it can, but this is a great example, to show Sony fanboys that sometimes it's not because the console can't handle more players, but because developers think the games experience would be better if not crowded. I know this should be obvious, but some of you think that other consoles (i.e. 360) can't handle the number of users. Anyhow this games looks great at 720P.

It does look like Gears. I don't think this is fake since it looks very good. I'm not sure if some guy (without lots of cash and working alone) can come up with something this good. They are probably using the Gears' Engine.
Is Sony a total disaster? No and Yes. No if they were they only console in the market. And Yes because in reality when you compare Sony against Nintendo and Microsoft Sony does not look as good as when the PS2 was launched.

Capcom must be happy they made the right decision by supporting the 360. Pretty much most of the games they are making are making them a fortune. Obviously you are not a developer. UE3 is a comercial engine, we all know that. But it's not rare for developers to create other sub engines base on other game engines for specific games and to re-use on future games. The same way lots of engines are built using DirectX. SKITZOFRENIK is correct.
