Bring it on. I hope these new format keep coming. Anything that would teach companies not to force people to adopt their propietary formats. This will simple slow the adoption of a single format until digital distribution comes or the next generations of consoles.
No, he is wrong. It's the other way around. The Playstation brand did not need any ensurance. The PS3 without blu-ray ray would have done just fine. The success of a console is not measure by the media format used. Then why is the DS kicking the PSP butt?

One thing I admire from Sony fanboys in this site is their loyalty to eachother. One someone says something wrong about the PS3 they make sure they click on that "Disagree" link and the "shut this user button". That's how they are removing bubbles to non-ps3 fanboys and giving more their own. Too bad the rest of us don't bother doing the same.

How misleading can this title get, "gameplay HD". This is a prototype designed to show only the dogs capability it's a tech demo not a freaken game demo. Nice touch with the HD! LOL. He even says on the video to ignore the graphics.

We hear all the time about how Companies and their PR threat and punish websites/blogs from publishing information that regarless of being true or not they don't want the public to know. Congrats to Sony. I think people are starting to realise the wiimote is just a gimick. Let's face it unless Nintendo releases some serious titles it will not be long before people start questioning the super coolness of the wiimoteism.

I'm not. ok, tell me more about this game/thing? Story line? purpose of the game? So far the sole purpose of this game/thing is to take pieces and for things with. You know what this reminds me of? Those legos or pieces that are made for "kids" so they can learn to be creative. Do you play with those and then scream, "Mamy look what I made"?
As a developers I'm just talking about what's usually the case.
When it comes to software/game developement there is no such things as downtime. I've never being involve in a project where we fished months or even weaks ahead of schedule. The fact is that for the most part developers have to prioritize what must be done and devide the work between what is required vs what's optional and nice to have. Passing certification is more important than adding extra features.
