They use a gold master to print copies of the game. When a game "goes gold" that means the master has been created and the copy process has begun.
I always start out that way but then somewhere along the line I might get bored or irritated and the sniping begins. Deus Ex case in point. I did so good until China and then I just shot everyone in my way lol

I kind of agree with him that that type of stuff is pretty juvenile but I could care less when it comes to wanting to play because the game, graphics and level design are top notch. This is a must have game for anyone who really enjoys action shooters.

Eak3, it's like having your favorite band that you listened to all your life suddenly come out with a record that sounds like Lady Gaga. I don't "hate" COD because this is a free market and they can do what they want but I am upset when my favorite series like Splinter Cell, totally jump the shark on what made them so much fun to play just to cater to the younger crowd and by that I mean people who lack skills to actually do things like aim, work as a team, use logic in form...
I would like to point out what happened to Splinter Cell. It went from a very stealth oriented game to a casual affair having the game make the actual kills for you. I believe this is what the author is talking about; how other games are following suit and the things that made then unique are not being seen in new installments.

Fighting the window maker along side the Chimera near the end had some framerate issues for me. Nothing game breaking but time def slowed down a couple times.
Beat it at about 2:34am last night. What a great game. This is hands down the best Resistance yet. I really, really love the art design and gameplay. Weapon upgrading is a blast and my buddy should be here in a few and we are doing the SP again on coop.

GameFly for the win. Especially with the new Seattle shipping center open. Games arrive for me in 2 days and they always ship me a new release on the Monday before so I usually get it no later than wednesday.
There is just no way I can afford all these games coming out. My purchases are Skyrim, Battlefield and Batman. the rest I am renting.
