Good choice! That was very memorable for me as well.
Without a doubt Super Mario 64. It was the first true 3D experience I ever had, and I have yet to experience that kind of magic since.
Have they patched Borderlands 2 yet? I heard there were a lot of problems. That game alone along with the cross-save feature with the ps3 version makes it a very enticing proposition indeed.
So, I've been reading some reviews, and some are saying it's a fighting game and some say it has rpg elements like leveling up, equipment, and side quests. Are the side quests just fighting or is there variety to the gameplay? I'm not crazy about fighting games, but if the single player offers more variety than I am sold.
I'm seriously considering picking this up today, but I need some help deciding. Can any of you shed some light on what to expect? This real...
Good review. I'll pick the game up eventually. Sounds like a lot of fun.
I'm sorry, but you are ignoring the facts. The Wii only needed one game to turn it into a mega seller--Wii Sports. It was not a fluke. The original gameboy didn't turn into the huge success it became until Pokemon arrived.
I'm not denying that systems that have a wide array of games are preferable--of course they are and that really makes a huge difference in sales. But it is not required. Look at how many people who adopted PC as a platform after Minecraft, many ...
They've been out of stock for months.

Haven't played this in a while, so I might jump back on. I keep coming back to this game.
Kriby are some of teh best ganes ever. When you have top notched ganes like Kriby it had no graphix violences which maked it playable for everyone.
Take my money.
Thumbs up.
I've played the games on other platforms and even though I do not own a PS4 or an Xbox One yet, I will buy it when I do get one of the two systems. I'm kind of crazy, I bought the Mass Effect Trilogy on PC and PS3--same with Borderlands 1 + 2, so why not?
Ha, loved this game back in the day and would be content with a HD remaster, but a new game in the franchise would be most welcome.
It was a good episode, just a little slow getting out of the gate. Once the story began to develop I got very interested. (Minor Spoiler alert!!!) How can you not be excited that Rodrik is alive? After the terrible tragedy that befell house Forrester at the end of episode 1, having Rodrik resurface adds an entirely new dimension to the ongoing political struggle. And the fact that he's a hobbled warrior makes the decisions that much more difficult! There were some glitches this time aroun...
I guess I am fortunate to have not dealt with the majority of these issues, although I have experienced the occasional lag.
I feel for those who have lost their progress--that kind of stuff hurts.
However, I did come across an annoying glitch in Game of Thrones episode 2 (PS3). Several times the voices would repeat when a scene would change. The first two or three words of a sentence would repeat twice before it corrected itself. One time it repeated three ...
Considering the next episode is being released in a couple of days this is a very late review--kind of odd. Nonetheless, the first episode was rock solid.
My girlfriend and I are fans of the show, and she actually enjoyed sitting down and watching me play the whole thing. I like getting her input on my decision making process.
"Honey, what should I do?" "Kill him!"
How can I say no to my baby? Press X...I killed him <...
Just because she has a preferred platform doesn't make her a fangirl. She backed her views with valid points. People like what they like and shouldn't be criticised for it, unless their views are void of valid arguments like Greg Miller--the biggest fanboy to ever grace videogame journalism. Audrey is a better writer than Greg in my opinion.
I personally gave Skyward Sword a 10/10. It's the most underrated game of last gen in my opinion. There has never been befor...
I'll get Just Dance 4 (PS3) for my girlfriend and I think I'll pick up Starhawk for me. There are some good deals here. Mario and Luigi's Dream Team for $25.99--that's a steal.
Thank you. Bubble up!!! I'm going to follow you just for saying that.
This review has all but convinced me to buy the game. But there is an unforgivable story spoiler in the review. Please take it out. You should never give away surprise story elements in a review.
